Very professional , helpful and patient as I was arranging services from out of state for my mother. Excellent job on the snow removal - a VERY clean job. Truly kows the meaning of 'customer service.' I would highly recommend to others.

He diagnosed two problems quickly and precisely. One required a circuit breaker to be turned on. The second one required the removal of an outdoor socket plug. It will have to be replaced in the spring. My only criticism is that I think the $85.00 service charge was rather steep for that work.

I've lived here for 25 years and have had 5 different plow guys. Steven is by far the best. He shows up in a timely manor, is pleasent to deal with and spends a lot of extra time plowing and shoveling. The job comes out perfect. My last guy would show up a day or two after the snow, sometimes 9:00 pm to plow. Another guy would make 2 swipes down the drive and leave taking about 5 minutes. Steve would spent sometimes 30 minutes to plow. I would highly recomend him.

Steve did a wonderful job and, even though weather prohibited him fom completing the job in one day, he came back and completed it the next day! He also did an additional job for us. We are very satisfied with Steven's work. I love my new kitchen lighting! and our new outlet in the back yard makes life much easier for us. Our new outlet for our pool filter has put my mind at ease. GREAT Professional JOB!!

He was fantastic. He and his employee were friendly, professional, offering insights and being helpful beyond the scope of the initial project. He did work the other electrician couldn't or wouldn't do. HIGHLY recommended!
