With over 30 years in the Electric industry I think tomorrow I will turn professional. Being a certified contractor with HomeAdvisor for over 14 years and with over 150 great ratings and reviews speaks volumes. I run a small operation that specializes in customer service with a personal touch. I personally perform all the work with or without a helper and I am very meticulous, neat, and efficient with everything I do, which saves money in the long run. If your looking for the lowest price, I will politely say that I most likely will not be your service professional. I am competitive with my peers and I'm not the most expensive either. I offer Service call, T&M rates, and small over the phone quote jobs. On large job estimates/proposals, I CHARGE a fee (due upon arrival). My proposals are well written and broken down in great detail and will be credited back if awarded the job. I accept all major credit cards as well. Steven was punctual, thoughtful, and thorough. He brought some good ideas and a lot of expertise to my project and educated me on the whole process including dealing with the town inspectors (which he is handling). One thing that set him apart is that he obviously spent both time and effort cleaning up the job at the end of the day. I would recommend him to anyone and have already passed his name along to others.
