Do not recommend

Pride installed a fence down 1 side of my property. The workers were professional, kept me informed of progress through the job and kept the site clean. They kept the scheduled appointment and finished when they said they would. Happy with the work.

The fence installation was top notch. The crew of three men, Anthony, Austin and Danny were excellent craftsmen installing my fence. They arrived on time, they were polite and courteous and did a fantastic job. They were meticulous with the finishes and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up after the job was finished and I couldn't ask for a better fence company. I highly recommend Pride Fence Company. The owner, Lauryn, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Fantastic company to work with. They installed a fence on the edges of my property that in many areas was not easily accessible and rocky earth. Every one of the installers was pleasant and professional. The fence looks great and we are very pleased with the outcome. Do not hesitate to engage with Pride Fence for your needs.

They are definitely not a good reliable company. The husband just sits in his truck all day doing nothing but sleeps and gives orders. He is Great at sleeping. Mr Deluise's workers have no idea what they are doing. They did not finish job on time, they have no direction, poor communication skills, Lauryn who runs the business has absolutely no knowledge how to run a business, business ethics, communication skills, She is very mean,, easily ****** off,, has no common knowledge or sense..poor quality of work and product. Dont ever hire these people..unless you have money to waste. I will never hire such lazy disorganized people..worst business ever!

I decided to work with this company, because my neighbor used them before, and we wanted to keep the same consistency of the materials. I did the agreement for the work with “Loren” which is one of the business owners. First part of the work was done in a day, and I was at home when they’re doing the work. First thing I noticed was the professionalism of her crew, which they were working without shirt, talking very loud, using F word at all times, smoking cigarettes and throwing in the my yard. They screws up on the installation on this portion, and I asked the workers and also notified the owner about the issues, and they said it would be fixed, which never occurred. The 2nd part was my side, which consisted in 12 panels and a driveway gate. I have questioned the owner about the procedure for the fence, and asked if she wanted the fence to be installed first, or having the paving company do the asphalt driveway first. So she said the fence would have to go first, and the paving company whould have to lay the hot top surround the posts. I asked “would the hot top damage the posts at all”, and she said “definitely not”, and also that they products are ver resistant. Right after they installed the fence, a paving company that I hired did the asphalt following the instructions of the fence company’s owner. Few days after when the weather temperature was around 90F, most of post started to melt by the base, and most posts end up getting crooked. I called the owner, and also sent her photos by txt message. She got very mad, and started being disrespectful to me on the phone, so I asked her to come and talk to me. Also explained her that the gate she installed was broken, and she said that they weren’t gonna replace it. So Lori came few days after, I pointed the issues to her, and she agreed that the issues was her crew’s fault, and that she was going to replace the gate, fix the crooked posts, and repair an uneven panel on my neighbor’s side. She said it would take a week for her to send the crew over, and it took almost 3. So I messaged Lori, and she said on that week, that she was goig to send her guys on Friday. So that Friday nobody showed up, so her husband called me a day before, very agitated saying that they were not gonna pay for the gate, and again started to use F words, and be very, but very unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. At the end of conversation he agreed to be at my house with his guys in the morning, but only his guys showed up at the end of the day, and they only replaced the gate, which I had to fix afterwards, because it was very badly installed. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on the experience I had with them, which was horrible in all aspects. At this point I have already hired other company to fix the issues, because they will not come back to fix them.

Not so good

The quality of the install was not as good as we thought it would be. They also did a backyard cleanup for us and it was terrible.

This company is top-notch. A husband and wife team, they both are very personable and very responsive. Everyone knows the unfortunate reputation that contractors have due to the bad behavior of too many that don't communicate in a timely fashion and don't show up when they have said that they would. This company is the exact opposite and is a pleasure to work with. They make sure that they understand all of your needs, are willing to alter plans (obviously within reason) and are reliable. They come when they say that they are going to come, and if something happens that changes their schedule, they let you know. They are fast, efficient, have hired individuals that work hard and don't cut corners. They even clean up after themselves and truly take pride in their work. The finished product is a nice one. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

The moment I met with Lauren I knew I was in good hands. She came out on time and went over all my fencing needs. I just got a really good vibe from her. A few days later she provided me with an estimate. I received a few other estimates that were a little cheaper but decided to go with Pride Fence. I am so happy that I did. The guys who came were great and finished my fencing quickly. I had to wait 2 weeks for the gates because they were a special order but *** soon as they came in they were installed. I am a strong believer in the phrase you get what you pay for. Even though I spent more I think it was totally work it and my fence looks great. I originally had a wood picket fence and replaced it with vinyl fencing. I LOVE IT!!!!! I also had them put mulch in the front of my house it came out awesome.
