Description of Work: Have used Atlas for many years with auto delivery & equipment service contract. They replaced hot water heater for me. Excellent job. Never had a problem. I have a 24 hr. service contract and they have always been responsive. Oil price may be on high side, but worth it for great service.

Description of Work: I have a contract with them for heating oil for an apartment my daughter lives in, which is part of a larger building with several other apartments. Last year was a truly horrific winter and my daughter's apartment became quite cold. I had them come and check the furnace system to make sure it was operating properly and that is their 'check-up' charge. There was apparently nothing wrong with the furnace, just poor insulation in the building. They arrived for the appointment when they said they would, the serviceman was courteous and informative. I have a heating oil contract with them which has a reasonable rate ceiling in effect.

Description of Work: Have used this company both for our home use and our office use - have been a customer for over 10 years. Very impressed with the service and level of professionalism - if we ever needed an emergency oil delivery they always came very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a older boiler and any time I had a problem with it they were there immediately one night they even showed up at 10 pm to fix the boiler because I wasn't getting any heat and I had 2 children in the house and it was the middle of winter. I told them they could wait till the next day but they insisted on coming up that night so they could fix it. They were very good and I don't have one complaint about them.

Description of Work: My family has been dealing with Atlas-Glenmor for the better part of 40 years and we have never had an issue with them. Automated oil delivery, once a year furnace cleaning. We have even used their new plumbing services without any hitch. Always a pleasure to get them on the phone, as well their crew is always courteous.
