Description of Work: He was excellent but not in my service area. Referred me to a handymen that does service my area.

Description of Work: Performed a variety of small jobs, including replacing screening in window screens, mounting a medicine cabinet on the wall, fixing loose faucet and door handles, and caulking. All jobs were successfully completed in a short amount of time. Very professional and efficient service!

Description of Work: They fixed several things that was on an inspection list. The service man came a lil late but he satisfied all the home's needs. He even finished earlier than expected. I would use them again

Description of Work: We had some rotting and gutter issues that needed to be addressed. As well as a leak that we weren't sure the source. The initial meet for estimate Steve was late due to confusion about which property he was supposed to assess. We had a couple of contractors come and estimate the job and Mr. Handyman was far and away the best price. Steve informed me that his estimate was based on their hourly rate plus materials. The actual work took longer than he had told me, but the price actually didn't change. In fact it finished a little less than the estimate. The only drawback to their services was the cleanliness that they left the job site on one of the days, but Steve addressed with his men and when the job was finished the site was as clean as when they had started. I also felt there was no sense of urgency to finish the job in the workers, but despite that the price was what was quoted.

Description of Work: Rebuilt porch at summer camp. They assessed the rotted porch, made recommendation, and completed the work in a day. Excellent job.

Description of Work: installed new faucet repair work on screen

Description of Work: Small projects around the house: new doorknob, remove bathroom fan/light cover for cleaning. Realize I could have added a couple extra projects for hour's worth of time I paid for.

Description of Work: Water damage to ceiling in living room from leak from air conditioner in upstairs bedroom. Replaced damaged sections. Re plastered & painted ceiling.

Description of Work: The gentleman came out and measured my window for a piece of plexiglass as I had to put in a portable A/C. He saved me money by having me go to the local glass store and get the glass. I left him in my home and did not worry. While I was gone he cut the metal piece for the window that holds the vent hose. I was impressed that he cut an additional piece and placed it facing out for a finished "look". Date of service was August 8th, 2012.
