Description of Work: We had Metro Swift inspect our home fire sprinkler system. We also had them replace a pipe in the system. I graded them a B because they were not as responsive as I would like. I initially called and left a message but no one returned my call. Later in the month, I called again and someone returned my call. They inspected the system and said someone would contact me to fix the pipe. Again, it took several weeks and another call before the tech came to fix the pipe. They were very professional and nice.

+ -1 moreThey installed a fire sprinkler in a newly built bedroom. We found out less than a week before we were to close on our former home that since we had a sprinkler system in existing house we had to have a sprinkler put in the new bedroom. The room had passed inspection a few months before, but the fire inspection caught this (not code). Called a number of places, but Metro Swift responded immediately Friday; came for a quote on Saturday; arrived bright and early Monday to install -- took a good part of the day -- and came back first thing on Tuesday to make sure that the adhesive for the joints was dry. Fire inspection done Tuesday afternoon and passed. The closing was on time on Wednesday. Oh yes, the actual cost was less than the quote. Everyone we dealt with at Metro were professional and helpful. Highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI called them to find out about either fixing it or removing it. He came took time to study it and told me that it is a fire detection system and gave us some advice on how to get it fixed. It is not his line of work. He did not accept my offer to pay him for his time.
