They were amazing.

It went without a hitch, couldn't ask for a better job at a reasonable price. Also did a great cleanup when finished.

The contractor showed up on time for the estimate, we went over the siding and deck work I wanted done, he didn't seem too interested in the job, all he did was take one walk around the house, he was in and out in under 20 minutes. (Other contractors I had here for estimates were here for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.) He told me he would have my estimate in a few days. It's been about 3 weeks now and I never heard back from him.

I have used this company in the past. It took this company one day to do the work. The price was reasonable and they cleaned up everything after they were finished. I also have the roof under warranty for 20 years. The owner is great with communication.

The contractor failed to show up for our appointment, even though I called and reminded him the night before. He called after I'd been waiting for 15 mintues and said he'd forgotten and wouldn't be able to make it. That said, I saw a siding job he did and was very impressed with the work.

We were in need of a new roof and called some local companies for estimates. Melo Construction didn't come up in our Angie's List search but Mr. Melo had done some work across the street and we got his contact information. Of the three estimates we obtained Melo came in the lowest by a sizeable amount. The quality and professionalism of the work we saw done across the street convinced us to give him the job. The work was scheduled on a timely basis and was completed over two days. The crew was polite professional and efficient. Removing the old shingles created a huge amount of debris but tarps and protective netting were hung to protect the house. Tarps on the ground caught most of the debris which was promptly hauled off. The entire area was raked to collect even the smallest bits of debris. A wheeled device with a powerful magnet was run over the entire lawn and driveway to collect stray nails. All debris was removed from porch roofs and overhangs and they even cleaned out the rain gutters. All in all a very satisfactory job. I would definitely use them again for any home repair projects.
