We were very pleased. They were quick with their response to my call, and quick to schedule. They were professional and finished the job, as agreed.

Only one word can describe Len Gibely Contracting AMAZING. From the first call with Deb in the office to arrange for the estimate, to Jeff doing the walkthrough, to the team that did the amazing job roofing my home the entire process was zero drag. They have this process down to an art, and they are customer focused EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! I would highly recommend this team!

This restoration work grew as the work progressed. But, as we discovered new problems, the additional cost estimate was quite reasonable and accurate. Brian was responsive, sensitive to cost control, honest and a pleasure to work with. There was a minor problem with the replaced window (that we noticed seven months later), but it was corrected quickly and completely. I would recommend these guys with complete confidence.

Brian was very informative during our meeting and answered all of my questions. The crew showed up on time, on the date we planned and completed the whole job in one day. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the price but decided to give a B for price because all three quotes, including Len Gibely's, were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. The C for professionalism was because after the job was completed I found a couple of empty water bottles and some cigarette butts (mostly because of the cigarette butts). However, overall we are very happy with the work that was performed and strongly recommend Len Gibely. In fact, we contracted additional work to them after they finished the roof.

Since we were satisfied with the roofing job by Len Gibely we decided to get an estimate to replace a couple of exterior doors. Again I was pleased with my interaction with Brian and we were happy with the price of the quote so we decided to go with them. Once again the job was completed promptly and on the scheduled date. We are very happy with the quality of the work. The B for professionalism was due to debris in the yard from the job. However, we were again very satisfied with the work by Len Gibely and strongly recommend them.

From first contact with the office, to completion, the staff was responsive and helpful. Offered to contact insurance company to follow up on services covered. Once we received insurance reimbursement, we were able to schedule completion of the work in a very timely manner. Repaired hole, replaced roofing and damaged gutter, and repaired gutters on remainder of house as we requested.

We recently had Len Gibely replace 13 windows on two floors of our house, including a full replacement of the exterior trim and sills with composite material. Brian first came out to give us an estimate for the project, including advice and recommendation on what brand and style of replacement window that would match the rest of the house, without over spending on upgrades that we did not need. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough with his measurements, and prompt to deliver us a quote. The crew that installed the windows were extremely professional, efficient, and most importantly clean! Afterwards you could not even tell that they had been there unless you had watched them installing the windows. They removed and disposed of all existing windows, added insulation that had been likely missing for years, and caulked all seams inside and out with remarkable precision. The work was performed quickly, professionally, and the crew was at our house exactly when they said they would be. We will definitely be hiring Len Gibely back for additional work on our house, and would definitely recommend them.

They are a construction company. They are not as responsive as I would have liked them to be, but I think they know what they are doing. I did not hire them. I think they had some errors in it (the quote), so they went back and forth.

The workman was punctual, polite and professional. The work was done quickly but he left mud splashes on the house and white trim which froze on to the house. Price for labor always surprises me lately. The work was done so fast and the price was rather steep, but I wanted reliable and reputable so there is a cost to that factored into what I would pay.

We were contacted frequently to let us know of scheduling, which is fairly tricky this time of year because of the weather. They showed up when they said they were going to. They estimated that the job would take 2 to 3 days, and they were finished before the end of the third day. They worked diligently to keep trash from the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof to a minimum. As they were leaving they went over the entire area around the house with a string bar magnet to make sure there were no hidden nails. After they left, I policed the area to insure that everything was cleaned up, especially the driveway and our dog pen. The few pieces I found all fit in a plastic sandwich bag. When they came back to pick up the check, they brought a metal detector just to double check. In short, meticulous cleanup -- great job! There were no surprise overages, which itself was a surprise -- the cost they quoted was what we paid. Very friendly staff and workers that were willing to answer all my questions. The new roof looks fantastic, much better than the original ever looked, and we have a 5 star transferable warranty from CertainTeed covering materials and labor if we ever have any problems. Very happy with this work.

Everyone at Len Gibely Contacting, from the office employees to the installers to the contractor were personal, respectful, punctual and responsive. I did my due diligence and got three quotes. They have me the best price and had excellent reviews, it was an easy and excellent choice, that did not disappoint. I would recommend Len Gibely Contacting to anyone!

I wanted to wait approximately a year before writing a review to ensure I made it through a good sample size of snow, ice wind and rain. Everything is excellent - no more leaks and the final product is tight. I love it when I don't feel the need to micro manage - I hate doing that and only do it when I can tell it's necessary. This crew knew what they were doing from the get go on all phases of this project and I was totally confident that I would get what I wanted. Brian Dobbins project managed the crew and everyone always seemed to be on the same page - good communication with the crew resulted in a great final product. I'm currently in line to have some more work done by them - no better proof of a job well done than having them come back again for something else. They are a little on the higher side of the estimates that I got but, it was 110% worth it. During the project I had not one headache or unanswered question. To me, that holds a dollar amount. I'm pretty confident in saying that if you hire them, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent, they accomplished the task in one day. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job of cleaning up the site when they were done. They also kept us updated on any and all developments with the job.

Great. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry, came and assessed the job and delivered an estimate the next day. Their price was the best of three that we got, with high-quality materials and guarantees, and they delivered on-time, on budget. They told us at the time that it would be 4-5 weeks before they could do the job and that it would take two days. The team was professional and non-intrusive, and all communications with supervisors and the home office were good.

It is impossible to put into words how wonderful our experience was with this company. From the time we contacted them we felt like they were really listening to what we were looking for. Jeff came out to give us prices exactly when we said he would. Scott and John installed our doors and were extremely professional. Jason went above and beyond while residing our house. As a couple who work the overnight shift often and have to sleep during the day, we were a bit of a challenge to the guy who had to bang nails into the house all day but he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. He would try to do the "quiet jobs" if we were sleeping or made it a point to work on the other side of the house. Those little things, along with how wonderful our house looks now left a big impression on us and for that reason we would recommend this company to anyone.

This is a follow up to my review of October 7 where I wrote that I was very disappointed in the service provided. After my review was posted, the owner, Brian Dobbin, reached out to see how he could remedy this and asked if we would still be interested in getting an estimate. A date was set and he promptly came out, gave some great suggestions and possible solutions to how best to make repairs and reshingle the roof. He wrote up a detailed proposal and gave us a reasonable estimate which we are reviewing. We were very pleased with the response and Brian's professionalism and would certainly recommend Len Gibley to others.

In each of our 3 projects with Len Gibely we have been highly satisfied with both the process and the results. They are not the cheapest contractors, but with this crew, you get what you pay for - they do high quality work and use high quality materials. Brain Dobbins, our project manager for all three projects, was attentive, responsive and did a great job of providing updates and communicating progress. We are especially grateful for Brian's assistance in negotiations with our home owner's insurance company on the ice dam repair project. Our projects with Len Gibely have been completed on time and on budget. We'll certainly be hiring them again in the future and fully recommend them, without reservation.

they did as they quoted however customer service was not great. First when i sent in for the work to ve done they did not call me to cknfirm that they recieved the paperwork. instead of scheduling and then rescheduling if needed they simply claimed they could not schedule until the day before due to potential rain which was not in the schedule. They left somewhat of a mess. I had 5 or so pieces of old wood the size of my arm they walked by and left. While working they simply went out back without letting me know I have a dog and if he was outside he could've got out. lastly the fascia they put up was white. like the contract said but when I asked what to use to paint it the installer could not tell me. following this all I receive an email saying how they thought they did such a nice job and would like to leave a sign out when they come by to pick up the check. I simply said ok I'll leave the check in the mail box. they emailed me back saying what about the sign and got my name wrong...clearly don't read through their emails before sending them. I wrote them an email explaining thisall and distinctly wrote I need to clean up the wood this weekend. their response was 1. she deals with alot of people hence the name issue. again just read through the email it is not an internal email. 2. they would've sent someone out to clean up the mess. Funny they said this cause they still had time to but decider not to read the email close enough to realize I did not pick it up. 3. they claimed they went out back without asking cause I had a newborn. yet they rang the bell and knocked earlier in the day. also they mentioned they could hear the dog barking. 4. they told me that their worker was simply an installer and not a painter. ok this is reasonable but if they deal with pvc fascia daily they shoukd know a little more about typical questions like what do I use to paint. I can let this slide. if this was all it would've been 4 stars since I feel five is exceptional services. long story short the job was installed right but they did not clean up as well as I hoped like the contract said
