Excellent, All work was completed in one day. Crew was very courteous and professional. They cleaned up as they worked and went all around the house with magnets to make sure there were no nails on the driveway or grass areas. I would highly recommend them.

The entire crew was very professional. The job was done correctly and on time. When they uncovered rotten boards they explained and advised us accordingly so it could be repaired. We will definitely hire them again.

Len Gibely did a great job helping us when our house was damaged by a tree falling and hitting our porch. Very shortly after the storm they came and put temporary patches on our roof. As soon as it was practical they repaired our main roof and gutters and removed the damaged porch roof. Then in the time frame they told us they came back and did a great job reconstructing and improving our porch roof. I would highly recommend them to work with, they are professional, responsive and they communicate clearly and accurately throughout the process. Their work and their employees are both top notch.

We just finished having Len Gibely side our whole home, including gutters and some carpentry. It was our first large project and we spent a long time vetting multiple companies and asked a TON of questions. LG was patient, thoughtful, and clear in their communication-that was a huge selling point. We are thrilled with the work and appreciated their professional approach and responsiveness from start to finish. The house looks so good!

Brian at Len Gibely was a pleasure to work with. He came out for an estimate very quickly and provided a detailed estimate with several options. We always received prompt responses with any questions that we had before and during the project. When we realized that one item was overlooked in our contract (gutter guards), it was added and completed the next day. They worked very hard to start and complete the project as soon as possible, as we were expecting a baby in the spring. The projected was completed very timely (prior to our arrival). We were very pleased with the final product and the experience in general.

This is the only company you need to call. I've used Len Gibley Contracting for numerous, small/medium/large projects at my home and everything they've done I've been 100% satisfied with. They will not cut corners and they are committed to delivering quality that is built to last. In my opinion, they are the best around for roofing/exterior work but don't limit them to that - they do custom construction work as well (entry ways, decks, etc). The crew is so well managed and there is complete consistency across the board. When the crew arrives, everyone knows the scope of the job already and right out of the gate you know you're in good hands. They are always on time, respectful to your property and they keep a clean job site. During the project, they anticipate your needs and questions and are always prepared with a REAL answer. You will not get the run around - you'll get exactly what you hoped for and in reality, your expectations will probably be exceeded. One of the best parts about working with LGC, is that you never really need to worry. Most of the anxiety that comes with home improvement projects begins with wondering if you'll get what you paid for and in the end, will you be happy. You'll definitely get both and you'll actually enjoy the process - these guys really are the best around.

Len Gibely was great! They came on time as promised and put on our new roof and gutters. It was raining a little on and off and they were careful to work in sections to make sure the underlayment would not get wet. What impressed me most was that Brian followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the way the gutters were facing and offered to come back to adjust anything I would like. I did want them to be pointed a little farther away from the house and Jeff came very quickly and fixed it. I also really like that they have a full time office person, Deb who is very helpful and always picks up the phone when I call. They are a class act and I would definitely hire then again and highly recommend them!

Len Gibely did a great job. We own a mid-1930s Cape Cod Colonial, with dormers and various quirky bump-outs added over the years. We needed: 8 windows replaced in living and dining rooms, new asphalt shingle roof, chimney flashing repair, new vinyl siding, new gutters and down spouts, new shutters, and reconstruction of our back entry, including making a concrete slab bigger. They did it all, and the place looks great. Brian, the owner, went over the house with us and gave us a detailed written proposal and a time estimate, both very accurate. He provided samples (his office and staff are also very helpful) and a list of projects his crews had worked on that we could go visit (which we did - they all looked good). We also talked to some of the homeowners (tel #s on the list) & they all thought LG was great. We got 3 estimates: 1 was almost double what LG estimated, 1 was slightly lower but not nearly as detailed. We went with LG and are very happy we did. Crews were great - very efficient, very nice, and their clean up was terrific. We highly recommend Len Gibely and would hire them again.

I called to schedule an estimate. The appraiser was punctual, friendly and professional. I never heard from them again. When I called back asking the status of the estimate the woman told me it had been emailed to me. Since I did not receive the email I asked for it to be re-sent. I was told to look in my spam filter. Time to call someone else!

Jason did a fantastic job....we are very thankful that he was the vinyl siding contractor assigned to our project! The new roof is very impressive.....Ronaldo the forman and his team were excellent! Scott is a masterful carpenter.....he does great work! Brian the owner is very professional yet personable and pleasant to work with...very responsive with his emails.

Super smooth project! Brian Dobbins was very attentive leading up to and during the work and his team was very courteous, worked so well together and were very patient answering my questions and working with us. They cleaned up very well each day and were never a bother to have around. He was spot on budget with no surprises so I would definitely hire them again!

This was a fairly complicated job with lots of roof area, 16 skylights and 10 wall intersections to re-flash, extra courses of water shield, and a lot of carpentry work. They were prompt, respectful of our property, courteous, and did an excellent job. They had a large crew, worked long days, and were very conscientious. I waited a year to write this review to get through a full weather cycle and everything went well. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Went very well. This is the third contract performed for me by this contractor. They replaced windows in my second floor apartment several years ago and did the roof when I first bought the house. They stand behind their work. They clean up after themselves.

It went well. Brian, the owner came out and went over the house with us and sent us a proposal of work to be done. We went to his office to look at samples of siding and the office staff were very helpful. We asked if his workers would let us know if they ran into any wood that might need replacing and Brian assured us that his people always do that. They were up front about the extra cost should they have to replace any rotted wood. We had some spots and were glad they pointed them out. One thing we were concerned about was the lack of insulation in some areas of the house. They said they would check when they removed the old wooden shingles. They found that there was not insulation in some areas. They provided the insulation (for and extra cost) and blew it in. Overall the company was very professional and personable and very easy to work with. As a matter of fact we recently had a new smaller sliding door installed on our porch and after it was finished I called Brian to ask if they could come out to repair the siding in the area beside the slider that was now closed up. We got a response right away and two days later Jason, who did the original siding job three years ago, came up and did the repair job. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again!
