Description of Work: I had a lot of snow over the side door roof. I called them to come and remove the snow off this area of roof. They did have a back log due to many snow storms. They came after about 3 weeks and did a good job.

(Removed member's name), Our message machine has been letting customer's know for the past 4 weeks that messages will not be returned as we were getting almost a thousand messages over the night. If you listened to the message it asked for you to call during office hours and someone would assist you. I'm sorry you did not listen to the entire voice-mail message which explained this. Most homeowners have been very understanding that these are unprecedented times for snow and ice removal and while we acknowledge that you want immediate service, unfortunately thousands of people want the same thing. If you would call our office we would be happy to discuss your case as we have no record of your calling and no phone number through Angie's List to call you on. Is desperation could you have called numerous companies and have us confused?

Description of Work: Brian and his crew cleared two rooflines of ice dams for us. We had only contracted them for one when doing the booking but once they were on property and I asked them to look at the second, Brian added it to the job on the spot. The guys were fast, efficient and friendly. This is the second time we've used this contractor and we'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: When called, they stated they would check the job and get back to us within a 2 week period. We had to call them after two weeks. They told us the job was too complicated and they could not do it. It was only after the second call that we were told this.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in the roof, very quickly and on budget. The leak had caused considerable damage, more than we anticipated. The crew was extremely professional, thorough and diligent about tracking all of the damage, showing and explaining all of their work and completing needed repairs.
