Did a good job, on time and on budget

Went very well, ample crew ( 5-6 men ) finished job in one day, plus a couple hours the next day. Protected shrubs & cleaned the yard up well at end of each day. Courteous and professional.

The experience was fine. They were very professional and they worked cleanly. Their price was expensive but not outrageous.

Two people came and they took everything apart around the chimney. It took them about 4 hrs to put everything back together. They were extremely professional and friendly. They kept the site clean. They even invited me to climb up to the roof to watch their work. They answered all of my questions and I had a lot of questions. Overall great experience.

The person i dealt with was very professional and they addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. I decided not to use their services because the price was a little high than the other contractors.

Brian and his team (led by foreman Jeff) were courteous, professional and diligent. They arrived on time each day, kept the gardens and decks well protected from damage, and ensured no nails were left in the pea stone driveway (a problem from other contractors in the past). Site was cleaned and tidy each day. They were responsive to changes I requested and thoroughly explained any issues or concerns I had. Three days later, the new roof is absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely use them again for any other projects and would highly recommend their services to anyone! Great team!!!

The owner, Brian Dobbins, came to do an estimate within 24 hours of our call. He was very professional and friendly and presented numerous options with their pros and cons. I was skeptical that 6 skylights could be installed and the job completed in one day. They assured me that it would not be a problem. On the day of installation, promptly at 9am, 10 Gibely employees arrived (yes, ten). The supervisor introduced himself, explained how the day would go and orchestrated this large group of workers very efficiently. I was amazed - it was like a symphony of people all doing different things but working together. One group went to work removing shingles and the old skylights, while another unboxed and prepped the new ones, while another removed the interior shades, etc etc. Sure enough, by 5pm they were all gone and the job was done. I waited to write this review until we got a good rain and I could make sure the skylights didn't leak. No problem. A few more impressive things: They took great care to be sure that nothing was damaged. They laid tarps inside and out & used some kind of magnetic thing to be sure no nails were left behind. All the construction debris was removed. The supervisor checked in with me numerous times during the day. And Brian himself came to check on the progress a couple of times.

The roof looks fantastic and since it's taken me so long to come back here to finish this review, I can tell you that we have had no problems through the first year. This job turned out to be more complicated than we thought because of the type of construction used when the home was built in 1978. We discovered that the knee-wall in my daughter's BR, where the dormers were installed, was actually a 24'x4' truss, which was supporting the roof. In order to cut through it to add the dormers, we needed to get an engineer in to create a plan to support the roof with the dormers in place. Brian Dobbins, of Len Gibley Contracting handled everything. Getting an engineer in to look at the job and following up to get a plan to continue the work, and finally, executing the job. It came out great!

They did an excellent job replacing 3 skylights. It was a big job and they did excellent work. They were friendly and it was nice to have workers here who were poliet. Did everything in one day and showed up when they said they would.

They did a good job meeting all my expectations. Communicated well as far as weather and scheduling, showed up on time and reviewed the work, did very good quality work and cleaned up leaving the yards better than before they were there. The bathroom and kitchen vents were replaced as part of the job and then next day we noticed the kitchen stove exhaust fan was not moving air out of the kitchen. We called the next morning and they had someone out to inspect and fix the issue that day ? the vent trap door was just stuck and it has been fine since.

All workers were friendly & knew what they were doing. Price was reasonable all questions were answered quickly.

It went very well. Again, it was a small job and they came.

Overall it was a great experience. I've used Gibely Contracting at least 8 times now for all sorts of inside and outside work and would use them again.

We couldn't have been happier. The job started right on time and was finished within two days right on the proposed budget. The cleanup was spotless and the finished job left us thrilled. We have used Len Gibely contractors before for gutters and that's why we chose them again for this project. When you get a good contractor, you stick with them.

Everything went well. They told me what they were going to do and install and they did just that. They took care in keeping any debris and nails on tarps for a no mess cleanup. I am confident that the roof will not leak again since they improved on the flashing method compared to the original one but time will tell.

Noticed significant leaking around skylight windows. Called Len Gibley Roofing. Came down. Told me what I should do, and couldn't do. When I was younger, I did much of the work on my house, so i wanted a reputable roofer, and got one.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, price and friendliness of all the staff at Len Gibley. We received a visit to look at the issue and an estimate very quickly. Because our job was relatively small, we agreed to let them try to fit in the work around their bigger projects. This drew out the process slightly, but the first part oft he work was done quickly. The second part of the work COULD have been finished that same day, but because they had stacked appointments they had to return later. While this was inconvenient, the overall job was completed in reasonable time and was done very well. We would definitely recommend Brian and the Len Gibley team for others.

Competitive quote, easy to work with, fast and good at cleaning up. Came in on a Saturday to be sure to finish on time when weather had been bad earlier.

We called two different roofing companies and got estimates to repair roof. We took a chance on Len Gibley which was the lower bid. Worker came on time and finished the job in about 2-3 hrs. and cleaned up. Never had another leak.

We had Len Gibely Contracting out to look at our roof. A wind storm tore off some roofing tiles and we had leaks. We met with Brian and Jeff to assess the damage. The worker men were out the next day to secure the roof and tarp in the blown off areas. We went to Gibely's showroom and picked out the color for our new roof. The girl in the office was very nice and helpful in picking a color. Two weeks later the entire roof team was back out to completely strip and replace our roof. The men also changed our gutters and a few rotted white boards behind the gutters. The roofing team was very polite and efficient. They had the entire roof and gutters changed out in one day! The carpenters came the next day to repair cedar shingle siding around the house. This was in need for upcoming paint. We encountered some bad looking sill rot, however, Scott the lead carpenter said this was common and had no hesitation tackling the mess. The small crew took care of all the siding rot. They were equally nice and a pleasure to have at our house. We even decided to have the carpenters install a custom entry door a few weeks later. Overall this company gets an A+ highly recommend.

I learned about Len Gibely Contracting Company from Angie's List. Last year I had them come to my residence for an estimate on a roof gable. The estimate was provided but I preferred a different brand of gable. They were extremely cooperative and understanding. I found one that I liked and they gladly ordered the product and installed it properly. I was so pleased that I later had them return and to install a new gutter. I was impressed with their professionalism and I highly recommend them for your contracting needs.

The employees were all very polite and professional in all communications. Though the communications could have been better and more timely. About two weeks after I had sent in my deposit, I had to call them to find out when the work would be done. I was given an estimated date, but did not show. I called a second time and was scheduled for a few days later. I know they are a very busy company, but a call with dates and/or changes was expected. The product was delivered and the job was completed in a timely and proffessional manner. The clean up was complete. I had requested additional work and this was done without issue. The quality of the product and the work was very good. I would recommend this company to anyone.
