Description of Work: I had two apartments that needed a refresh. Akira laid Lifeproof vinyl floors in two bathrooms, tiled a shower, replaced a vanity, updated the fixtures, replaced some damaged window trim, prepped all of the walls and trim for paint, painted, and cleaned the apartments leaving them ready for my new tenants.
