+ 2 moreSteve Howard was recommended by a trusted neighbor. I liked him from the start. All work was outlined on paper with price and full description of work. His work exceeded my expectations. I would hire Howard Construction without reservation the next time I need work done on my home.
Description of Work: Complete redo of front porch including removal of old windows and installation of 6 new replacement windows, leveling of porch and sand/stain floor, removal of siding, replace with moisture barrier wall. Paint walls. Removal of old door and install new front door. Replace ceiling lighting fixture.

+ -1 moreSteve Howard was very responsive and honest with his experience and skills. He was already scheduled for the time we needed someone to come disengage, and then return to install, appliances. He offered to help us with finding others if we had difficulty. We would call again with any general handyman jobs!

+ 4 moreI would highly recommend them. It is my second time to use them. The owner is a wonderful man who does wonderful work. He is a very honorable man and I have a lot of respect for him. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Howard Construction to do my front porch over again. My front porch is not very level so they are leveling it. They put in new windows for me and a new front door. They are staining my floor and will paint to finish up.
