Description of Work: Bob helped us pick out new bathroom vanities, wet bar cabinets and some new cabinets for our kitchen to match existing cabinetry.

Description of Work: We wanted to keep our old cabinets, but add in a new section cabinets to another wall in the kitchen to create an "attached island", re-do our existing countertops in granite, replace the old sink with a new sink and plumbing for it. Let me start by saying that the employee that WORKED FOR Fabrizio Kitchen and Bath was very helpful, got my vision of the "attached island" and had good ideas. I actually think he was the most positive part of the experience. When the process started we met one of the contractors that worked there, he came in our house and did a good job making the soffit that the new cabinets would attach to. He told us he wouldn't be doing any of the other work as he was leaving that job to start at another place of employment, we were disappointed as he did a good job but were assured that Bob the owner would do a great job. This is where things went downhill. When our new cabinets were put in they were full of holes. The "bracket" on the attached island to hold up the granite was engineered so poorly that we can't fully open the bottom cabinets without the doors whacking the bracket and chipping the cabinet doors. When the granite was put on the existing cabinets, Fabrizios shimmed from the top creating an 1 1/2 inch gap from where the granite sits on top of the cabinets. Even though he was warned by the guy that did the granite template that the cabinets had to be fully supported and shimmed correctly. The weight of the granite is now crushing my lazy Susan cabinet to where I have to yank it to open due to it not being supported. Even though we paid for disposal of our old laminate countertops, Fabrizios left them and the old sink in our driveway (which was newly paved and them leaving the trash on it left a sinkhole which damaged MORE of my property) and said they were going to come back and pick it up later that day and still a month later no word from them, so I had to pay ANOTHER person to remove and dispose of it. There are chips in my granite. I got portions of granite when I was told I would be getting one big slab on the main countertop. So basically besides a few times they came in the house to prep and measure, the brunt of the work was done in one day. When they "completed" that day, they said they would be back to finish the job, caulk the giant gap they left in between the granite and the cabinets, pick up all the debris (old countertops, old sink etc.). After this they never called back. A month went by and they just left all that in my driveway. I would never ever use this company again.
