Called Epic when our old hot water heater broke. William came the next day with the new tank and all necessary parts. Took out the old heater and installed the new one quickly. No problems ever since. Did a great job, would call Epic again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

William was always on time, professional, and did exactly what he described he would do. I did not feel pressured into doing extra work beyond what we originally discussed.

After meeting with owner Mark Marshall my husband and I chose Epic Plumbing & Heating because Mark was able to demonstrate exactly how he would approach the job and his price was fair. He will answer any questions you have. We could tell that he had the experience to do the job. His company arrived on time and protected the work areas with cloths. Mark was present and directed a licensed electrician and ductless a/c technician who worked with his men to finish our projects in one day. All workers were super nice and answered any questions we had during the project. Inside and outside areas were left very clean and Mark called the next day to make sure that we were happy with his company's work. The bill for the work was exactly what he had quoted. We are very happy and will call him again.

I really cannot overemphasize how positive my experience with Mark and Epic Plumbing have been. He will be our go-to plumber from here until forever! We had another plumbing company come out to look out our non-functional heater. They took it apart and then told us there was no way to put it back together. I was referred to Mark who come out on very short notice. While he was here, he was able to get the heat working as a short-term fix. While here, he also spent time doing a full review of our plumbing systems and fixed two persistent issues that countless plumbers had not been able to solve over five years and multiple visits. As expected, the fix to the heater was temporary and when we needed to replace it in full, Mark was able to move around his schedule and be here the very next day. The installation was smooth and very high-quality. In addition, he beat the original plumber's quote by $2,000 and, the best part, he went out of his way to fix the ventilation system of our dryer, which was also broken, at NO charge to us. I highly recommend Mark and Epic Plumbing.

A lot of people do not service these types of systems. They were very knowledgeable about this type of system. They cleaned everything thorough. They changed the filter and did a very neat job. They made sure everything was working properly. One of the pipes was leaking and he tightened it up but it still continued to leak. He took it apart and fixed it. They were very polite.

They spend alot of time trying to figure it out, which they apparently did, but 30 mins after they left it started again :( They are coming back to do more work and work on that again - I think they were truly stumped! They are bringing different people this time along with the senior manager so I'm sure they will figure it out.

I was in a pinch and Mark set me up with William to replace the plumbing and Paul to chip out the cement floor. Both guys were top notch. Paul had the whole 15 feet of rotted pipe exposed in 2 days and a new pipe installed within the week. William is thorough, meticulous and very efficient. He help me with some other little plumbing issues around the house. He's a great plumber. These guys are great and the price was very reasonable.

Epic was great! I received a great quote for both the new unit and installation. The service technician (William) showed up right on time. The installation was quick and painless and the technician friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me a few tips for the future should I need them. It was all done in about 45 min. I was even impressed with the neatness of their vehicle. I was very satisfied and will call them in the future. Highly recommended!

Epic Plumbing was a life savor!!! We had a tight time line to complete this project before closing on our condo (3 days). They were able to come out the day that I called them and had the city inspector here the next day. (They even tried to get the inspector out on the first day but he was not available.) They called prior to each visit and were here within 30 minutes of the initial window of time. Both technicians Mark and Billy were extremely professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They made me feel much better about the situation which helped with the stress. Their pricing was matched other quotes we had received. I am extremely greatful for Epic plumbing and definitely recommend them for further use! We will be using them when we move into out new home!!!!!!!!

I could not have been happier with the service. I called and left a message for Epic on Monday May 30th which was a holiday. They returned my call 1st thing in the morning on Tuesday 5/31 and immediately sent a technician out to look at the system before noon that day. The technician diagnosed the problem and promptly ordered the replacement part for the unit. I was told that it should take a couple of days to get the part and that they would most likely be back on Friday but if the part came in sooner, they would call me. Well, the part came in on Wednesday and as promised, they came back on Thursday 6/2 to complete the repair. I could not have asked for more timely efficient service. I would also like to note that the technician from Epic was respectful of me and my home. The HVAC unit is located in the attic so the technician had to walk through the living space to get to the unit. He did not make a mess and made sure that his feet were clean before entering the house.

It went great. I called at 8 am they were at the house by 930 and the work was done right away. They are clean and punctual. Excellent service. It was also a good price for the emergency nature of the work. I also had them do some plumbing work about 2 weeks before that and it was also excellent. Highly recommend.

He was punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very neat. I was quite impressed and very pleased with the results of both jobs he performed for me.

The gentleman that I spoke with was very patient with me, he walked me through shutting my water off to stop the flooding over the phone. He arrived at my house within an hour of me calling him, upon arrival I found him to be very professional, respectful of my home and knowledgeable.

This job was twofold. First we had a leak in the shower so we called Epic Plumbing and they responded immediately. The leak was fixed so we were able to use the shower while a new shower system was ordered. He then returned as soon as the system was delivered and installed the shower fixtures. In the meantime, we were having our house sided and as that job progressed, it became apparent we needed a plumber to look over the outside and possibly do some work. I called and they showed up immediately to review the outside pipes and outdated fan system and came up with a great solution to deal with both problems. They rerouted pipes, replaced the antiquated exhaust system and replaced it with a newer and much smaller version. Because of their suggestions and stellar work, the house is going to look that much better. They were always on time and even showed up when I called in a panic about the outside. They cleaned up after themselves and left both the inside and outside in perfect condition. I can't say enough about their work and desire to do not only a good job but a great job. They succeeded! We have used several plumbers in the past and am so happy a friend recommended this company. We will not use any one else.

As a designer, I have to know that the work being done in any of my projects are the best they can be for my client. The Epic Plumbing team are extremely efficient. I have used them many times on projects and if there are any questionable items they always will find a solution.

They did a fantastic job. Clean, professional and showed up when they said they would. Definitely going to use them again.

I dalled EPIC for the annual maintenance of my HVAC system and tankless hot-water heater. They gave me an appointment and the technician showed up right on time, which is big for me since I left work to meet him at my home. I must say, they are a very respectful and professional company. The technition wore booties on my carpets, worked cleanly and was respectful of my home. I was extremely impressed by the honesty and knowledge of the technician, I simply told him to go through everything and fix or replace anything that need to be done. He finished the service, made a few adjustments and told me that he was making notes to replace a couple of wear parts at next years visit as the were worn but still well within there useful life and didn't require immediate attention. His bill was exactly what I was quoted in the beginning and I felt good that he didn't just change parts to charge me as I wouldn't have know the difference anyways. Overall very positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

My hot water heater sprang a leak and needed to replaced. I called Epic Plumbing and Heating after hours on Valentine's day and they came out within 30 minutes to assess what needed to be done. After inspecting the water heater, it was determined that I needed a new one so they came back the next morning and replaced the water heater. Final price was the exact estimate from the night before. Mark, the main guy I worked with was awesome. He handled the whole ordeal professionally and was open and honest. I will definitely be using Epic Plumbing again when I need work done!
