Mr. Doroci and his wife were super responsive, friendly, and got the job done before they went on vacation. There was no waiting, and I thought the price was reasonable considering he dug all the trenches needed around the pool and to the house. I would definitely use them again.

First, the call was fielded by Mr. Doroci's administrative coordinator immediately. She took down the basics of the job and inquired as to my availability. She then recommended the best next move was for him to visit the house to check these items out in person, and asked if he could come by the following morning. I was available, he arrive on time, walked me through each part of the job, gave me an accurate quote on the spot. He then returned the next day and completed all of the work in less than a half day, leaving not a trace that he had even been there, except that all the work was meticulously and completely done. I could not have been happier with the punctuality, professionalism, and results. And, all of which was done for a fair price.

To reiterate, it could not have gone better. We feel safer in the house with the upgrade from the old, antiquated wiring. The upgrade was quite comprehensive and done with great care and attention to detail. He never left a mess, and always kept up well- informed as to what he recommended and giving us options with different price points. He was also fair and negotiable on some pricing aspects of the overall work. The way he approach the work on wiring the pump for the pool was also meticulous. The electrical inspector in our town, who didn't seem to be the sort to offer up too many compliments, remarked that Mr. Doroci had done superb work and informed me that he was very pleased to see how the work was done, and obviously we passed the inspection with no problems at all. On other, smaller jobs, Mr. Doroci, and his administrative person, answer the phone right away, and make arrangements to meet at the house the same day, even if the work cannot be completed. So, I would say the customer service is top notch. And the customer satisfaction is excellent as well as my wife and I don't even think about whom to call if we have an electrical issue.

As a follow up to our work in adding hard wired electrical smoke detectors throughout our family home that we were selling. It turned out that since the house had 2 small apartments it would require a separate circuit as the owners panel to control lights in the common areas along with all the smoke detectors and emergency lighting. Once I learned that this was a requirement in order to pass the electrical certification - I called Dorci Electrical to perform what seemed an overwhelming task. The whole team at Doroci Electrical pulled through to get this worked done in a short time since we were less than 2 weeks from closing on the house. The worked was done at the house, along with the coordination with the electric company and the city inspector. The work was well done and complete in plenty of time.

When selling our family home - in order to pass new city fire inspection we needed to have smoke detectors hard wired into the house plus emergency lighting. I called Doroci Electrical based on a recommendation from a friend. The job consisted of installing 7 battery backup hard wired smoke detectors throught out the house, along with a carbon monoxide dectector in the basement plus 5 emegency lights throughout. The job was involved since it meant wiring all these items in a big old house in such a way that presentable. The job was well done - all the wiring is inside the walls. There is nothing showing on the walls other a small patch to feed the wires. The work was done in a timely fashion. We had a time deadline since we need to have the work inspected before the sale - and Fatmir worked long days to complete the work.
