 + -1 moreDL Services scheduled a service call on July 8 between 9 and 10 am. At 10:30 I called to check when they would be coming and was told they were on an emergency call. I understood and asked if someone could let me know when they would be coming. At 1:30 I called again and was told they were finishing up. At 4pm I called again and got a hold of one of the owners who said they would be there within the hour. They never came and they never called to explain. I send an email to the owner to let him know I was upset and to please call me the next day to reschedule. The AC system is not working and this is July. No call. I'm not sure why the disconnect but these days it is unacceptable not to keep in touch with customers to let them know what is happening. I have had to call another service provider to look at the system -- which we now know has major problems. We will not be using DL Services in the future and caution others to be wary.
Description of Work: DL Services was supposed to come to service the system but did not show and has not contacted us to reschedule, despite me sending an email to them asking them to call me. They had installed the system 5 years ago and had been responsive to servicing the high velocity central air system.

 + -1 moreD & L Services were very thorough in their work. They came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with Eric and his crew of 5 guys.
Description of Work: Eric and his crew installed heating and air conditioning units in our home. He installed all the air ducts, 2 new furnaces, and 2 new air conditioning condensers for our 3 story home. His work was done while other subcontractors were working on other parts of our home renovation.
