Upon start-up of communication with Claudio of CWC Painting after purchasing the Angie's List offer entitled "$250 for 1 Room of Interior Painting", Claudio wrote to me that "1 Room" meant four walls. It did not include the door, closets, ceiling, window trim or heat duct. Claudio came by promptly to give an estimate for a project that included all the features of the bedroom. Claudio scheduled the job reasonably, arrived reliably on all days with his co-worker Phillip, kept me informed of what was going on, and performed the prep work and painting expertly during three days. The arrangement was for the customer to supply the primer, wall paint, ceiling paint and trim paint; the cost of those was about $100 more. The room continues to look very nice several months later.

Claudio and his team were professional and responsive to calls and emails. He forgot about our initial appointment, but made up for it by coming right over when I called a few hours later. A bit pricey, but quality work and done in a timely fashion. If I ever want to repaint, my walls are now in pristine condition.

Work completed was not just interior painting, but it was ceiling patchwork and repair for the tricky popcorn ceiling, baseboards, closet, and trim. Let me also tell you, the rooms were not easy, cathedral ceilings, cuts left and right, and the Kitchen with many ins and outs. I do not normally write reviews, but when a service is exceptional, it needs to be shared. Claudio and his team were amazing! He was able to organize my interior painting earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated, and he was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process, which is a pet peeve of mine when e-mails go unanswered, which I did not experience from Claudio, and it doesn't go unnoticed. The team completed three rooms including two additional ceilings that I hadn't accounted for, but he was able to make it happen. He also was able to add an additional half day to complete an additional project I had requested, and once seeing the work completed I could have done more! I would highly recommend Claudio and his team, they are precise, timely, organized, CLEAN and efficient.

They were extremely professional and prompt, and the result was excellent.

claudio arrived at the day and time agreed upon with one worker (i apologize to that worker as i forget his name for this review). they top coated over the course of 8 hours 16 new already primed windows trims. they did a GREAT job. they filled all holes, used caulk where the trim met the window and then painted with the benjamin moore paint i provided. they worked non-stop. some wood was unprimed, and they additionally primed those few windows. i am an EXACTING person, and was exceptionally pleased with their work. claudio arrived, layed down tarps on our tile kitchen floor, and laid out his TONS of tools. all his tools were in spotless condition, and organized unbelievably. this made his work very efficient. he laid tarps down where he worked, took off his shoes to keep our floors clean, and cleaned up spotlessly after he was done. there was a paint drip on our front door that i did about 6 months ago, and he saw it when he was getting to leave and loudly exclaimed, "oh my gosh, did we do this? i will clean it up immediately!" i told him i did that months ago. this is to show how he noticed every paint detail.

They were punctual and extremely clean, not a drop of paint. The worked quickly to get the job completed.

Claudio is a perfectionist! Do not hesitate in using him! Very professional, polite, hardworking and the finished product had to be pristine or HE wasn't happy. Use them, they are wonderful.

Excellent service. From the contact follow up, the preparation of the working site, the work per se, and the cleaning after work was completed this provider is just outstanding. Very professional, and clearly know what he is doing.

Claudio and his team are fantastic. They were here right at 8:00am sharp and ready to go. They put two coats on in each room, and of course removed electrical plates and covered up furniture. These guys are pros -- no drips, spills and they didn't need blue tape. It's amazing -- they were able to get it done between two guys in four hours. Let me say this -- I've done a lot of interior painting. It is a complete pain. I was HAPPY to pay these guys to do the work. Great deal ($199 for six hours of work, plus an extra hour for two people hence the higher price), wonderful outcome. We couldn't be happier.

The job started off fine. I paid for an additional hour to have the project completed. When I looked at the walls I was shocked to see several areas with huge white streaks going through it. Instead of fixing his mistake, he blamed it one one paint coating. Although the larger sections of the walls were completely painted. He then tried to charge me an additional 300 to do another cost of paint. This was the most in professional paint job I have ever had. I cantankerous pictures and show you the shorty work of two painters for four hours and my walks at the ceiling and edges all have big white spots. As you can see how professional this poor painter is. Money was never the issue. He was begging us for an additional job with floors we needed. If you select him expect a poor job and an un honest response. You better work real h****** your next job because now customers will see you for who you really area. A lousy painter.

I reached out to a number of people for a number of quotes. I scheduled my life around them and some didn't even bother showing up or calling to cancel. Although I ended up going with a family friend CWC painting and specifically Claudio was great. He drove an hour to give us a quote that was very reasonable. His enthusiasm for painting is incomparable. I love his energy to help us. If it wasn't for a family connection he would be my first call. Do yourself a favor and at least call him for a quote.

I used one of their deals ($199 for 6 hours - 2 painters at 3 hours) and paid for additional time because 3 hours was not enough time for them to do all the necessary prep work and two coats on the stairwell and trim. I expected this going in and was happy to negotiate for the extra amount to get the job done right by the professionals. Two months later, we're still happy with the results.

Claudio was fantastic to work with. He communicated quickly, confirmed the visit, and worked incredibly diligently while here. He was incredibly thoughtful of our house and asked questions to make sure he was doing just what we wanted. We had a great experience with him and wouldn't hesitate to sure him again!

Obviously not well. I am now STUCK Bought the $249 deal several months ago. PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH THIS YET AS I WILL TRY TO GET HIM TO DO A SMALLER BEDROOM WITH NO CEILING CHALLENGE since I can't get my money back. Disappointed with the delay in getting an appt. He originally called me promptly and said his first opening was Dec 22 I was trusting and stupid and said YES. With the 30 day deal of NO REFUND, I really wish I could have called it off. Please tell me by email when is the date that my membership comes due for "automatic renewal" I want to STOP automatic renewal. svickory@earthlink.net I will review his work if he will do my small bedroom as I am now stuck for $249 I will speak with him in a few days and see if the Jan date he will do my small bedroom and forget the kitchen that i had wanted done before now. I was forced to give all the numbers at the top of this BUT NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED AS YET. OVERALL THE SCORE IS N/A BUT YOUR SCORE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SCORE N/A. SO FAR EXPERIENCE IS BAD BASED ON THE ESTIMATE FOR THE CEILING. REALLY 1150 FOR A CEILING !!!!!!! After reading this he may refuse to work for me at all but if you would like for me to forward the estimate for $1,150 given to me on Dec. 22. I will do that. Let me know. I have the email.

We purchased a Big Deal for painting and Claudia emailed immediately after the purchase to schedule. The day before our appointment, Claudio emailed to confirm and sure enough, he arrived promptly at 8am ready to begin. We had moved away the large items of furniture and gave him a list of priorities for areas we wanted painted (kitchen ceiling, hallway and entry area, and a bathroom). Claudia and his assistant covered the entire area and worked continuously without stopping once. Their work was impeccable! They primed and spot-treated a stain on our ceiling and now you can't even tell it was there at all. Due to the time limitations, they were not able to get to the bathroom - which we had tacked on as a "maybe", so we will definitely have them back another time. They cleaned up meticulously when they left and if it weren't for the smell of the paint, you wouldn't have even known they were there. Great experience!

I would highly recommend Claudio. He was professional, courteous, punctual and above all did a wonderful job. There was a slight VERY minor spot that you could see the prior color of paint. He came by immediately and touched it up. Wonderful!

It was fortunate that he was able to paint the part of my ceiling that got water damaged, and didn't have to continue down through my kitchen and hallway. He used a product that made it unnecessary to do the whole ceiling.
