Very helpful with selecting the shades. Price was lower than a popular department store. Measuring and installation was an extra charge but everything went well. Shades came in quickly

My design consultant was Peter Gibney who spent a good couple of hours with me asking questions, showing samples of what he thought might interest me based on my input of color and design. He even removed sample shades (many times) and held them against the stores from window so I could see the pattern on the shade and envision better how they would look in my room. I was not sure about a treatment for 1 room and he provided me with a sample book to take home he was very thorough and courteous.

Sales person was very good...very straightforward and knowledgeable. I had a previous bad experience with Stacie's and did not want to repeat it. I have a window bay made up of 5 windows that are 18.5 inches wide and had difficulty finding what I wanted in that size. The person who measures and installs was terrific: punctual, professional, and cleaned up all packaging. Unfortunately, I am rating the overall experience as a B (almost gave it a C) because two of the Roman Shades were missing from the order on the day of delivery. The factory made mistake and put someone else's order in the box labeled with my order. So they could not complete the job the same day. They did put in another order immediately and the installer is coming very early on Monday morning (incomplete install was on previous Friday, but having to accomodate their error is disruptive. I most likely will do business with them again, but I'll make sure I have no entertaining plans until well after the installation is complete.

They did a good job. They came out promptly and as they said they would. I got them in a day like they advertised. Their promises were kept.
