Description of Work: They never even called or tried to contact me. It didn't cost me anything because I never heard from them. I assume they are just too busy and don't want my business.

They were one of the best priced.
Description of Work: I had Stonewall Farm Tree Removal cut a tree down for us. They cut an 18-inch wide maple down between buildings and they chipped the stump down.

I contacted Stonewall in Sept or early Oct 2011 and Shane came right out and gave me a price for taking down the top of a big maple that was lakeside and some dead branches on some other trees. They did some branches and decided to wait for the lake drawdown before doing the maple. The next week the top of the maple fell in on its own. We then had an Oct snowstorm that splintered and broke many trees. I called a few times but didn't see them till Feb when they showed up as I was leaving the house. If I had been there perhaps they wouldn't have left 2 big 6ft logs along the shoreline, branches and debris in the lake and ruts from their truck in my lawn. They never finished trimming the damaged treetops, either. Tho they low-balled their price it would have been nice if they had finished.

It went very well. He worked on Saturday and Sunday in between other jobs because he knew we had a deadline in order to get the gas company in to install the propane gas tank. The tree had over six tall/large off shots. His worker climbed the tree and carefully roped very section that was cut in order to prevent any damage to the garage and the house. Shane had a chopper ready so that as the branched were dropped they were chopped. Any wide sections of the tree were cut for fire place length and placed where I wanted them. When done they cleaned up the yard.
Description of Work: We needed a large old tree taken down in order to install a gas tank for a generator. It was tricky because it was in between the garage and the house..
