Super nice, responsive, quick, punctual. What’s not to like? Full pressure tank replacement in about 2 hours start to finish. It was a little more than I thought but what isn’t these days. Highly recommend these folks.

Kibs came to my house on a Saturday morning. Great and fast service. I highly recommend them and will call them again.

I will be calling him again to replace the water pressure tank. He was great. Calling on New Years Eve when it went out, and was over at my house New Years Day at 9am fixing my issue. Highly recommend.

Good work for a good price!

Kibs responded to my call for well service immediately on Saturday morning when I woke up to no water. I had already contacted 3 other companies who had not returned my call. They were here in the earlier afternoon and following an inspection and evaluation of my equipment, determined that my well pump was shot. Unfortunately, Jacob discovered a yellow jacket nest in the ground about a foot away from the well casing. He received about 8 stings and was forced to retreat until Sunday morning after I was able to eliminate the bees. He and Jesse also had to deal with removing and reinstalling my radon mitigation system which is attached to and extends 100 feet iinto the well casing. The job was completed in a few hours on Sunday. They were great at communicating during the period I was dealing with the bees; the work quality was outstanding (I watched the entire project), they answered my many questions as they worked and the final bill was significantly below the initial estimate as the well was not as deep as I had stated. They also made some recommendations about replacing the pressure tank in the future. I have lived in Wilbraham for 16 years and they were the most pleasant contractors ever among the more than dozen I have utilized on a wide range of projects.

No water pressure. Came out about an hour later. Diagnosed and replaced the pumps pressure switch and had to pipe in a few bends to accommodate the new part. They also refilled the bladder. All in about an hours time. Pricing was excellent, as I thought I'd be paying an arm and leg for an emergency house call on the weekend.

Woke up on a Thursday morning with no water to the house. Called up Kib's and they were there same day, diagnosed the issue and had the well pump replaced and water back up and running same day! I was able to watch the whole process and he told me how everything worked. I am very happy with their work and ecstatic they were able to restore water same day. If you're in need of any well services be sure to give them a call!

I was in a time crunch and they answered their phone late in the evening. They called to alert me they were running a little late. The problem was repaired. A short time later another issue developed, and they returned in a very reasonable time to repair that issue. Knowledgeable, responceable and fair price on parts and labor
