After discovering that I needed new leach fields in a new location, I asked for recommendations from friends and neighbors who had new septic systems installed and got one name recommended above all, Glen Hitchcock from Palmer. I also looked at three other providers from Angie's List that installed new septic systems. Although Glen was slightly the highest in price, I went with the personal recommendataions. All neighbors and friends said that Glen was maticulous in his work, took no short cuts, and provided the highest quality and service. Glen oversaw the entire project, The vast majority of the work was done by Glen or his people. For the work he didn't do, he recommend great people, whose work was of the highest quality and whose service was excellent. All work on the project exceeded expectations by far, in the quality of the work, the explanations of what was being done, and in considering my input. Glen is maticulous about the quality of his work and only does it right the first time regardless of the extra time and materials it may take. I highly recommend Glen for any work regarding a new septic system, landscaping work, or even digging for a new pool, which one of my neighbors had him do after Glen installed a septic system for them. In addition, Glen and the people he had working on the project were some of the nicest people I have ever met. It is rare these days to find work done to such high standards. I recommend him unqualifiedly. Leo
