Description of Work: Cleaned and pre-treated Living room and Bedroom carpets due to pets. All the stains in the living room came back worse than before they were cleaned. I had the owner and liked him but don't think I would ever go back. To be fair, I never contacted the company to come back and re-clean the carpets.

+ 1 moreScott was the technician, and he was prompt, thorough, and professional. He explained that wear would limit the ability to restore a few high traffic sections of the rug, but did an excellent job of cleaning the dirtiest areas. He left the loveseat, which had not been cleaned in some years, in excellent condition. The rug has remained in good shape, without the problem of quickly attracting new soil, as sometimes happens with some detergents. We were completely satisfied.
Description of Work: He cleaned a badly soiled rug in two rooms and a hallway, and he cleaned a loveseat.

+ -1 moreI scheduled my appointment...there was a slight mix up with my address which caused a delay for the tech, but they did such a good job in such a short period of time that I was still extremely happy. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.
Description of Work: I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning. Airfresh did just about my whole house and the carpets look great....they even neutralized the odor of urine that had been on one of the carpets for about a year. What's really impressive is that these guys really know exactly what they are doing....they use the right product for each job.

+ -1 moreI have two dogs. They added a special pet treatment for the odors and stains. My carpet looks brand new after they leave and it smells great too. They are very quick to respond to your initial call. They schedule quickly as well. Air Fresh sent the same technician both times and he did an excellent job. I had a good experience all around and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They cleaned my living carpet on two separate visits. Each time cost $100 because I added a special pet treatment.

+ -1 moreHe comes once a year and does a fantastic job. My carpets are off white, so if they're not cleaned right, you know it! The men he has working for him are unbelievable; they've been with him for years and are so polite. They do a great job on my drop rugs, as well, and even move the furniture to get all of the carpeting. I love the way my carpets look when they're finished! I would highly recommend them both for the efficiency of the work they do and also for the work they do when they come in.

Owner and technician both polite, friendly and willing to educate. I felt very comfortable having the technician in my home. My phone call was promptly returned by the owner and the technician arrived right on time. Carpet looked great after the cleaning.

+ -1 moreHe arrived early. We reviewed what needed to be done. Since I have used the company before measurements were already in their records. First he vacuumed, then used a machine to clean the carpeting. This is a portable machine, not something that runs from a truck. He completed the work in about an hour. I paid by credit card, and everything was dry within two hours. The system does not leave the carpet soaking as some other systems do.
Description of Work: He cleaned carpet in basement and living room and stairs. I have used this company 2-3 times before and have been extremely satisfied. They are quick and use a system that dries quickly. Once they actually removed rust marks from a carpet.
