A Call We Haul - Junk & Trash Removal

I scheduled an appointment with them 1 week prior to the appointment time. I took the day off from work to meet them. I called to confirm that they were on their way and the owner said his truck was already full and there was no way he could fit me in. I explained that I took the day off from work and I scheduled a week in advance but still he refused to keep the appointment that he made. This was a Friday. He said he could come out Monday and I told him that it was not possible because I had already taken the day off. He asked me when I wanted to reschedule and I informed him I would not reschedule. This is when the tone of his voice changed and he became very angry. He told me how long he had been in business. I found his response shocking, considering that he was the one who broke the appointment. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Buyer beware!

The service was excellent. They were punctual and most polite. The cost was very reasonable.

The team of guys sent were polite and very efficient. They were on time, friendly and done in 45 mins. An issue of payment occurred when they couldn't get my check through their system and I then needed to use a credit card, no real imposition though. It was a bit more expensive than I had expected, I didn't think there was that much. To be fair I didn't ask them before I gave them the ok to start.

They took away everything we wanted to clear out. It was fairly expensive, but disposal fees can be costly.

Saw ad in paper. Looked at their website for pricing info. Satisfied with info, i called to book job. All calls were answered promptly. I gave a description via phone, re: scope of job. Including that there were several appliances. I mentioned what I read on the website about pricing . At this time, I was expecting to be given a more accurate estimate of the cost / price based on what I told him. All I got was "that shouldn't be a problem". Owner and 2 employees showed up right on time. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. They made quick work of the mounds of debris etc. It was hard and hazardous work, due to broken glass and nails. So this service is well worth it. I appreciate and was very satisfied with their work. I would encourage you to ask for a more detailed estimate. I was surprised at the final price, but I should've asked more questions. They also add a freon charge, a fuel charge and an Environmental Process fee. All of which could be disclosed on the website or on the phone , especially when I told them about the appliances in advance . All and all very good job.I I would definitely recommend them, just ask for specifics re: pricing.
