This job didn't go well and I would be weary of hiring them. I hired them to reseal the driveway and patch up the cracks as they had stated in their estimate. They came to my home twice. The first time because the job was subpar. They didn't fix or seal up the crack, except for one and then when they came back to "fix the problem" after I spoke with Peggy from the office, all they did was a resealing and didn't bother fixing the cracks, again! I have pictures to show the shabby job. I specifically explained to them what the issue was and that I wanted them to fulfill the contract as stated and fix the cracks and fill accordingly. It doesn't look good and after the second time, no one bothered calling me to see if I was happy as the consumer. Regal Seal, if you're reading this, I challenge you to make this wrong a right and FIX my driveway! It looks worse than it did before you even did the work. Again, buyer beware.
Description of Work: Regal Seal was to clear up and patch cracks in the driveway and reseal as outlined within their pre work quote.

Regal Seal performed this driveway sealcoat twice and both times the job was done correctly. This is an issue of the customer not understanding the asphalt products and what they do. The driveway cracks were filled 100% and the driveway was sealcoated properly. The area in question is a rough/bumpy area in his driveway (see photo). This area has no open cracks and cannot be filled with crack filler. Sealing a driveway simply puts a thin coat of sealer on the asphalt to protect it from spills and the environment. It does not alter texture, dips, bumps etc. We tried to make this customer satisfied and even did his driveway a second time. He needs to take up this issue with the paving contractor that installed the driveway as to the issue in question not the company that sealed it. We are sorry we were not able to come to an understanding regarding this issue as we do stand by our quality of work 100%.
