From start to finish Naylor's Kitchen and Bath really took care of us. Their no pressure sales approach allowed us to feel comfortable with our decision before spending this much money. The fact that they don't charge for their measures, design work, and delivery really showed me their commitment to customer service. Not only were their prices competitive but some places charge $75 to measure, $250 to design, and $100 to deliver, all combined I saved $425 just in going with their company. That's like getting a really nice faucet for free! It was stressful enough to be living without the kitchen for a little while, microwave dinners, stuff all over the place that should be in my kitchen, the last thing I needed was the stress of having to schedule everyone and make sure it was getting done in the right order. Naylor's really took care of me there. They made sure that everything was set up ahead of time. When the cabinets came in they set up the delivery to coincide with the installer, and made sure that everything was taken care of. The only thing I had to take care of was picking out my styles, looking at my granite slab, and sitting back and watching my new kitchen getting finished! Now when all my friends come over they can't believe its even the same house. The updated style really makes me feel even more at home now and all the extra storage is fantastic. I would and have recommended Naylor's Kitchen and Bath to all my family and friends, they make you feel really comfortable and don't push anything on you. They informed me of the different products available and what the pro's and con's were on each and let me make up my mind, rather than just trying to push the expensive stuff or the stuff that makes them the most money.
