Description of Work: House and roof wash, brightened up the house and took all the black (and green) growth safely off the roof.

Description of Work: They did a very good job but showed up while I was not home and never left me an invoice so I had no record to go back on for phone number, etc. They soft washed the roof on my house. There were black streaks on it which looked horrible. The roof looks like new since they washed it. I do not remember exactly what the cost was but I felt it was fair.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the services of MassRoofWash. Just this Tuesday, I called and left a message asking for more information and a ballpark estimate.. Tim O'Connor quickly returned my call, answered a few questions I had, and gave me a firm quotation over the phone based upon my house size. I wanted the vinyl siding on my single-family home washed to remove areas of mildew and algae, but I did not want just a pressure washing I wanted a cleaning solution in the water, and I found out that is their standard way of cleaning vinyl siding, Unlike just using high pressurized water,Tim uses a cleaning solution with lower pressure water which I really liked because I was not worried about the high pressure forcing water up and behind the siding, which is definitely not good. I hired Tim and he and a partner were there that very same afternoon. They fit my job in between the day's other projects. Just as promised, the method of cleaning worked beautifully. They were efficient-- the whole project took less than 2 hours--no snags, no problems. They wet down all foundation plantings to protect them. The price was what he had told me on the phone. I have had the siding cleanedonly twice before. Once by me and my husband (took forever and the cleaning solution was really expensive, --not to mention the high-ladder work which was definitely way too stressful)-- and once by a window-washing guy who used only high-pressure water with no cleaning solution. The mildew returned rather quickly, and that job was more expensive than MassRoofWash. if you take pride in your home as we do this is a fantastic service, and a great company. I will definitelycall Tim the next time it is needed.
