Easy process from inquiry to completion. Andrew was knowledgeable and great to work with. Installation was painless, could only have been improved with more cooperative weather. Expensive roof, but worth the piece of mind that I will never have to replace again, and neither will the next homeowner.

They showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up after just as they said they would. And the roof looks marvelous and the snow slides right off!

We had a great experience with East Coast Metal Roofing. From our initial meeting with our very knowledgeable Project Specialist, Andrew Bousquet, to delivery of the dumpster and materials through to the final walk through the whole team was professional and courteous. Our house is over 100 years old and there were many surprises that the team had to adapt to. They did so quickly and communicated everything to us every step of the way. After laying out a plan with our product specialist, Chris Lacky, he kept everything going smoothly. Kept us informed at each step of the process. When the roofing crew showed up, it was like watching a well rehearsed ballet! Everyone knew their job and worked together seamlessly! Quality control manager Sean Azarbin showed up halfway through the project to check in with us and inspect the job site, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a great company with great employees at every level!

From the first meeting with ECMR's salesman, Dave, and throughout the project I was impressed with the professionalism and ease of doing business with them. I was new to metal roofing and I had a complex roof to do, so I did not know what expect. I knew that metal (aluminum roofing) was more expensive than asphalt but Dave walked me through the project. although it was more expensive I feel that it will be a wash in the long run and all I had to loose was the aggravation of repairing my shingle roof. In short it turns out I think I got a good value and a long term roof job that I will be very happy with. The next person that will have to worry about this roof will be my two year old granddaughter in about 30 to 40 years. Thanks Dave I am very pleased with the results.

We hired East Coast Metal Roofing to do a complete new metal roof on our historic home on the Lebanon CT green. We worked exclusively with Kyle. Kyle was knowledgeable about the product and patient. Our project had some hiccups but our concerns were quickly addressed by Kyle. He promised that no matter what East Coast Metal Roofing was going to make us happy. We are writing this review to tell everyone that it is true. We have the most beautiful roof strangers walking on the green path keep telling us how beautiful the roof is. Our house is like a shinny new penny from 1870 and we are so grateful to Kyle and all the folks at East Coast Metal Roofing. This company did what they were hired to do and when things got a little difficult Kyle stepped in and he made sure that in the end we got a beautiful new roof and had zero concerns. To us it speaks volumes when a company or an employee of the company makes you a promise and they actually follow through. Call Kyle this is one beautiful roof and he is the best.

I was very nervous about making such a big investment, as metal roofs are expensive. Beau Saad was the person who came to the house for the free estimate and to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. His estimate of how long it would take was 3-4 days, and that is how long it took. The workers who came were respectful of my property and did a great job. It looks beautiful, but more importantly, I will not have to worry about it leaking or replacing it, as it has a lifetime warranty. They use Permalock shingles, which do not look much different from regular shingles, and is a very reputable company as well - I checked them out before hiring East Coast Metal Roofing. I would definitely recommend them, and already have.

I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood, mines is a blueish gray color. The white trim work that was done around my dormers really set it apart from other roofs. Thanks again Beau, to you and your crew.

We ve been putting off a roof for a couple years now and finally decided to get it done. We knew we didn t want to go with asphalt again and so we started shopping around for a metal roof. East Coast Metal Roofing was prompt in getting back to my request for information. Kyle Keegan came out to our house and went through the whole process with us. He was great in answering any and all questions. He stayed in touch with us from beginning to end of project to keep us informed of each step that was taken place. When the roof was done, he came back to our house to check on the roof and the work that was completed. A couple days later he called us to see if we were happy with the roof or had any complaints. Kyle made the process very easy for us and kept on top of everything. The crew that came out did a fantastic job getting the roof done (in three days!), they were friendly and professional and made sure they picked up afterwards. We are very pleased with our roof and our experience working with East Coast Metal Roofing and definitely recommend them for your metal roofing needs.

East Coast Metal Roofing was a great find for us! The whole experience was the best we could have hope for when doing home improvements. The job crew were amazingly polite, tidy, mindful and committed to a job well done. We had to have a few sheets of plywood replaced and a ridge vent cut into the roof before the aluminum shingles could be installed. There was virtually zero mess in our attic to show what type of work was even done. Really, no inside clean-up! As for the exterior, just looking at the ground you could not even tell that our old roof had been removed and a new one installed. As for Dave, our sales representative, he was wonderful. Totally knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. The job was done sooner than originally planned and in an extremely timely manner. I can't say enough positive things about our whole experience with East Coast Metal Roofing! East Coast Mental Roofing did an excellent job in presenting their product and getting the job completed once it began which delay was not their issue but due to others factors not under their control. The end result is that the roof looks very well, the solar panels are back in place as well as the solar hot water panels - it is now all completed and all is well! And I hope that I don't have to think about my roof again ever!

Had East Coast Metal Roofing install my aluminum shingled roof. Paul and his crews were like a well oiled machine. I had two roofs to remove before they could shingle. They were very fast and cleaned up after everything. Now I have a beautiful roof that does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Paul was knowledgeable of the product expertly introducing us to the materials used and details of the entire job. He kept us fully appraised throughout the project and was on the site several times ensuring a job well done. The crew was amazing. They were professional, got right to it, and picked up any debris as they went. They were respectful of our property and plantings around the house. He set up a time that was convenient for us, 8 a.m. on a Saturday. We were impressed with the benefits of the Perma Lock aluminum shingle roofing system. Paul was always there for any questions or concerns; everything was explained completely and in writing. He encouraged us to research other types of metal roofs - knowing that his product was superior in many ways. Once we decided to go with his proposal, finalizing the details and payment method went very smoothly. Paul's explanations of "what if ?" scenarios were thorough and reassuring. His team of installers showed up on time and according to schedule. They cleaned up any debris that had landed on the lawn and in the bushes. Excellent experience all around, we highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing. Very professional and not at all pushy. I wish every business owner was as personable and reliable as Paul has been during our project.
