+ 4 moreOverall a completely positive experience. We built a modular cape cod house on a vacant lot next door for family. Mark Mercadante was a joy to work with every step of the way. His responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were A+++. The contract was well specified so things were clear when extras were necessary. Pricing on extras was very fair. We were set to have them build another house for us but unfortunately the housing market "tanked". Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Modular home contract, all aspects from site preparation to lawn and driveway.
