septic tank
+ -1 moreMary and George Papageorge of Action Oil & Septic located in Oxford Ma. were hired in March to complete a Title 5 Inspection and Report on my property, located in Webster, Ma. They took payment for the title 5 inspection. They said they inspected the system, and it had failed. They said that a new septic system needed to be installed. They asked for a deposit to start the job. They were given over $7000.00 to start the job, but never showed up. I called many times over several months, with them responding with lies saying that they were having equipment problems, the equipment was at another job site, etc. On August 20th I called George Papageorge and told him, that he and his company were Fired. I told him that I expected a complete refund Immediately. He said "I got as much out of You as I could, Your going to have to chase me for it. You'll Never see it." I filed a report with the (BBB) Better Business Bureau. The BBB had no responses from the company or Any of it's crooked Representatives (ie) George and Mary Papageorge. Description of Work: I hired Mary and George Papageorge owners of Action Oil & Septic, on the Recommendation of my (then Realtor). After several months of phone calls and no one showing up, I fired them ALL Including the Realtor, after the scam was over. This company was hired to complete a Title 5 Inspection and Report on my property, as well as Complete a Septic System Install. They took over $7000.00 of my money in deposits, and never showed up.
