I called Wrico as a first time user, selecting them after reading 18 other nearby Angies List vendor reviews. Adam responded to my a/c problem on the same day. He came at the approximate time agreed upon and immediately diagnosed my air conditioner problem. I couldn't be more pleased with his work ethic, honesty, and technical knowledge. I will be using Wrico for all my future air conditioning, heating, and plumbing needs. I am most pleased that Angies List has again assisted me in finding a reliable, capable, and honest service provider for my home in Mashpee area of Cape Cod area.

They had to repair the motherboard, but didn't do the whole job, although they billed us. My husband had to actually go to their office and sit there to get them to come and finish the job. I had already paid them, since I thought everything was OK. They did then come and finish, and we haven't had problems with the AC since

lly wentdy fixed the Air conditioning stopped working Friday evening around 10:00 pm. Called and left voicemail message. Adam promptly returned our call and said he would be here in the morning to repair the system. When we told him we had a housefull of guests he said he would come over shortly. About 30 minutes later he showed up and rang our doorbell. I opened the door and he told me that he had already fixed our system. Obviously I was in disbelief and thought he was joking. He was not. Since he had serviced our system in past years, he knew where the outside condenser unit was located in back of our house. He went straight to it and replaced a capacitor that had blown out. He was amazing and helped save our evening and house guuests from a hot and humid evening. We have used his company for 19 years and he has always been prompt, professional, and curteous. Will continue using his company and highly recommend him. He really went above and beyond the call of duty.

I just moved and my heat pump wouldn't run. Ugh. I checked the list and liked the idea of a small family company. I called on Columbus Day forgetting about the holiday. The young woman on the phone was very pleasant. She did forget to call me back to say when someone would be coming but Adam showed up around 1:45pm the next day. He was very helpful to me in understanding how my system works and where all the components are. He was going to replace the filter but didn't have one in his truck so I will call again to get that. He didn't make me feel stupid asking questions. He was here about 40-45 minutes and charged me the standard $95 for an hour. Everything works- what a relief. I will definitely call them again.

Adam gave careful thought to a job that I think many contractors would not have been interested in and would probably have considered just a nuisance. He made a trip to our home to assess the situation. The workers who actually did the job, were very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were definitely expert in their line of work. They had the job done in less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable, and having the work done has made a huge improvement. I would certainly use Wrico again, and highly recommend this company to others.

They did a good job. They came when they said they would and completed the work. I was satisfied with the job. The workers were very cooperative and nice and did not create any kind of mess or anything. They were in and out; I guess it took only two days. Everything went well, and everything is holding up fine. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were brought in by the contractor that was doing the work. They are a small company but they seemed very capable and like they knew what they were doing. The workers that came out were fine and they were able to answer any questions that I had.

They were recommended to me by someone who has used them before. Adam is a small business owner and he was very good about explaining things. I was very pleased with the experience. They called for follow-up and the office was very responsive every time I called. I checked out a couple of other places and I was most comfortable with his pricing. I hadn’t used him before but I had a lot of work done.
