Tuleika Building Co. did an addition to our home, which included a chef’s kitchen, foyer, half bath, master bedroom and bath. The addition had to blend with a 100 year-old home. Viktar and his crew worked magic, listened well to our wants, and gave us the addition we dreamed about. Viktar did not object to our being a member of “the team,” which was important to us as we were very particular about every aspect of the build. An exceptional job. Easy to work with. Viktar renovated our basement which included installing a new septic system. He also completed a garage addition which included multiple storage areas, a mud room and deck. His attention to detail is impressive and he completes to projects on time and within agreed upon budget. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we would recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We hired them to do a rather large wrap around porch project (approx. 1000 square feet) and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. First of all, Viktar, who owns the company, and everyone who works for him did exactly what they said they would do at every phase of the project...no surprises and no problems. Second, the workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They guys running the project on site day-to-day knew exactly what they were doing and it showed in the work. Third, they brought in everyone necessary to get the job done...roofer, electrician, etc., which made it easy for me and helped facilitate a lot of coordination among the skill guys without me having to worry about it. Lastly, the finished product is just stunning. I can honestly say it actually exceeded my expectations We're thrilled with it. I've worked with a lot of people on the Cape. I can safely say that if you're working with Viktar Tuleika, you're working with the best.
