The mission of this company when it was founded here in Osterville over 80 years ago was to serve the customers with honest, affordable and reliable service. "Well nothing like slandering a company for fixing a problem. The call was received for no heat and hot water. We fixed the problem and we did notify the the customer. If you read the customers first sentence, it reads: Had a call for no heat and hot water. Later the customer said that he really only wanted the hot water fixed. My tech was to know this? This customer was not home at the time of the call. However a female representative was home and was told of the zone valve problem. Further more I did credit the customer a half hour for the problem with the pilot which is a factory defect. This Customer had not used us before. It seem to me that he is the type of person who likes to complain about anything. Carl f Riedell doesn't replace parts that are not required or are not Authorized to put in by the customer. If He didn't want system fixed why did he call. Guy Riedell 3rd Generation"
