MoldProActive.com will inspect your home or place of business to be sure you are breathing healthy air. Frank Zelinski is approved to teach in New York state with NORMI (National Organization of Mold Remediators and Inspectors) to help mold inspectors and remediators to qualify for licensing in NY. Since we are not in the remediation business, we can give you an unbiased report including lab reports and VOC's and MVOC's.

Frank Zelinski from Safe-N-Dry did an axcellent job. The project included installation of the french drain and pouring concrete in the crowley space of my cottage. Everything was finished in time, the quality of work is excellent, the price for the project was reasonable. I appreciate Frank for this job and highly recommend Safe-N-Dry for any basememnt solution projects. Irene.
