The same crew showed up every day they were very professional and friendly they cleaned up every day after themselves the project went on for a few weeks so every weekend they took down plastic and gave me more space to move around when they werenâ  t there When they were done not only did I have a beautiful brand new bathroom but they had a cleaning crew come in polish and vacuum every room in the house it was an unexpected delightful ending to an already good experience Nice job everyone ð  Â

I hired Adam to do a complete renovation on my tiny beach cottage. This was completed in January. In addition to my kitchen project they also installed a new front door and new side door (side door is in the kitchen) The kitchen remodel involved the removal of 2 walls and making 3 small rooms into one big spacious eat in kitchen with a breakfast nook. My laundry room was conveniently relocated to the basement and a small bathroom off my kitchen was updated as well. The workers were very respectful ,quiet, and cleaned up every day. I waited a bit longer than anticipated for the cabinets to come in but once they arrived, the project got started and the job moved right along. I was able to customize the design and much of the kitchen which was really important to me. I was also able to add upgrades and change my mind on some things late in the game. Adam always answered my calls and was able to accomodate my wishes. My new kitchen is beautiful and I would highly recommend Nauset Kitchens. This was a huge project and Adam was able to make it all work! Thank you and sorry it took me so long to write this review!

We used Nauset Kitchens for our 3/4 primary bath remodel. We were very happy with the process and the end result! Our interactions with Adam were positive ones. He responded quickly to our inquiry, showed up in a timely manner to discuss the job, answered questions, and offered additional ideas that really elevated the design. Adam was very reliable and responsive. He immediately returned any phone calls and/or texts throughout the project. We were very pleased with the professionals who worked on the remodel. Al and Toby make a great team. Toby is friendly and reliable. He answered any questions we had on the project, made adjustments when we needed him to, and genuinely wanted us to be happy. Al is a dedicated professional who knows how to transform a space. His carpentry and tiling skills really made the bath look amazing. He showed up on time every single day with a smile and worked diligently throughout the entire project. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and skill made the remodel process a positive one. We were so happy with the project that we immediately hired Nauset Kitchens to remodel another bathroom in our home. :)

Adam was very professional and his years of experience showed. He and his crew remodeled our kitchen and our master bathroom. He displayed to us his ability to transform the customer's wish list into a vision and then a reality. He worked with us upfront to plan the project from evaluating our remodel options after measuring the space and brainstorming with us about our vision to accompanying us to vendor sites to select the materials and putting together a project timeline based on availability of materials such as appliances and cabinetry. Despite delays due to supply change issues, Nauset Kitchens got the project done in as compact a timeframe as possible, minimizing the disruptions to our home life. Their crew is an experienced group of multi-skilled professionals who work well together. We are exceptionally pleased with the results which showcases the quality of their workmanship and artistry. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves very well every day. Excellent follow through on the few punch list items...even recommended a couple of vendors which could provide us with custom bench cushions and window treatments.

I hired Adam and Nauset Kitchens to totally renovate our kitchen in Harwich MA. They also refinished the floors and repainted the living room, family room, and dining area. All of the work was done in a timely manner from start to finish, Adam was creative in helping with the kitchen design and made great suggestions to maximize use of space available. Adam was professional, kept us informed, workmanship was excellent and it was a pleasure to work with him.His employees obviously take pride in their work. We are so pleased with our new kitchen that we are having two bathrooms remodeled by Nauset Kitchens and looking forward to working with them again.

Adam was very professional and helpful. He and his crew remodeled 3 bathrooms for us. They came out really beautiful. and we are very happy with them. He came with us when we picked out tile and had great suggestions for that, the lighting fixtures and paint colors. He was easily reachable throughout the project. He was not having his crew bounce around from job to job - they stayed until they finished. Covid delayed us but once it started he finished within the time estimate he provided. I highly recommend Adam and Nauset Kitchens.

The contractor refused to finish the job. The contract called for some small appliances to be included, but he pulled the order and never put in the electricity for the appliances, nor paid for the appliances. The cabinets were finished with rails that were damaged, uneven and awful. His men were supposed to return to repair but never did. He installed a damaged sink. All the large appliances were installed crookedly and we had to have another individual remove and reset them correctly. The contractor did not measure the refrigerator correctly and his men had to work for three days to shave the area to make it fit. Having done so, the drawers nearby could not open. More shaving and moving. Then the knobs on the cabinet were installed incorrectly and the cabinet hit the refrigerator. Extra holes had to be drilled, on the new doors, so that the cabinets did not hit the refrigerator. After suffering through so many incorrect installations, the owner defensively just backed out. Maybe years ago he was not as corrupt, but today he is bewildered and dishonest. If you hire him, you will be very unhappy.

The demolition and assembly and workmanship quality of tile and cabinetry was artistry. the workers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves very well. As far as the plumbing if you use Nauset kitchens and your going to use their plumber, make sure you pull the permit for plumbing or hire your own plumber to do the plumbing work.

I hired Adam and Nauset Kitchens to renovate two bathrooms, build a laundry room, do a kitchen refresh, and replace flooring throughout. Adam was professional, creative and collaborative, and always upbeat in the face of a challenge (and there were a few - it is an older, complicated space). His crew were respectful of the property and communicated appropriately when my input was needed. The finished product is beautiful and functional. Wonderful job!

Adam gave us a good vision for our plan and continued to follow through with each detail. His crew was responsible, respectful, trustworthy and dedicated to doing their best for us. Adam is an excellent communicator and followed through from the beginning to the end of our job. We highly recommend Nauset Kitchens and his crew for all your remodeling needs.

Nauset Kitchens gave me a wonderful new space. From beginning to end the crew was efficient, displayed exemplary craftsmanship, were courteous and respectful. Every day during the project they meticulously cleaned up, leaving me with a livable space. Thank you Adam, Al & Toby, I love my new kitchen!!!

Adam was extremely professional, listened to our concerns and was open to our ideas. The project took the amount of time to finish as Adam said, and he was in contact with us whenever we needed to speak to him. He sent us pictures of his progress, and came in on the estimate to the penny. We are very happy with the finished product, he somehow made a small bathroom appear bigger.

Adam showed up to price my kitchen/bath remodel in less than an hour after his phone call. Spent 2 hrs detailing his ideas vs mine. Waiting for his estimate. Very professional,courteous good listener & knows his craft

Kudos to Adam, Al, Toby, and Leia. Two old tiled bathrooms were stripped and tiled, including one expanded and rebuilt shower with bench. Work was done within the time duration promised (big plus). Start time was hard to pin down (in part due to covid). Cost was fair and payment schedule fair. Adam gave credits for material we supplied via our designer. Minor problems were amicably resolved. Adam's team very flexible. Al is a master tiler and painter; Toby very clever. The two bathrooms are beautiful and we are very pleased.

Adam and his team (Carlo and Toby) are the utmost professionals. They have a solid work ethic, are on time and keep the job site orderly and clean from start to finish. The job is not finished until the customer is completely satisfied. Adam stopped by routinely to check on the progress, address any concerns or answer any questions. My job was just a small bathroom, but they treated me as if it was a massive remodel. I couldn't be more happy with the final product and highly recommend them. They will be at the top of my list for future work I may need done.

Immediately following the excellent bathroom renovation this summer, a new proposal to update the living area of this 1960's dreary ranch house to a light-filled, refreshed space was agreed to. Adam successfully juggled other work projects in order to continue the work here right away. This phase of the updates included painted kitchen cabinets and tiling, exhaust fans, new heater covers, recessed lighting in all rooms, ceilings fans throughout, installation of a pocket door, refinishing wood floors, and the installation of built-ins for books and storage. The third phase of the work included the painting and updating to all three bedrooms. In all, Adam's work crews were here for the better part of three months. My sincere appreciation goes to Al for the new wood floor in the kitchen, Zach for his creative work on the getting the built-ins to fit, Carl for the nice refinishing job on the floors, Julian for assistance with all of the painting, Toby for his persistence in the lighting, the fans, the moving of heating sources, the plumbing and other electrical needs that constantly popped up, and last but not least, thank you to Carlo who was with this project from day one of the bathroom demolition to tiling the kitchen, putting in the pocket door, completing the tedious prep work needed for painting, painting, to the final week of getting every loose end finished beyond my satisfaction with a positive attitude and a smile on his face! Thank you, Adam for utilizing a group of workmen who are not only highly skilled at their craft but are people who are honest, respectful, cooperative with each other, and a pleasure to have in your home. Three months is a long time, but they and you made it doable and the results are beyond my wildest dreams - thank you all!

I do NOT recommend Nauset Kitchens. I am very disappointed with Nauset Kitchens. I found this company to be arrogant, expensive, and of poor quality. I regretfully used Nauset Kitchens for two bathroom renovations and had numerous problems. The plumbing was installed incorrectly in the master bathroom. This was discovered after the tile was installed. The tile had to be taken down to rework the plumbing. The Shower Door in the guest bathroom was installed with a chip on the bottom of the door. I sent 7 emails to Adam Pearl, including photographs of the shower door. He said he would look at it and never did. He then told me it would be $650 to replace the door. It was installed with the chip! As far as workmanship, I was not happy with the tile grout (there is too much grout in some places and not enough in others). The workers used my kitchen sink to clean and dump stuff. They leaned tools and parts (shower heads, mirrors) against the freshly painted walls in my bedroom and caused some marking. The electrician left a mess in our garage when he accessed the electrical panel; looked like he kicked everything out of his way along the side wall of the garage and left it all there. I could go on about this experience. They only prompt activity and communication was Adam looking to be paid. Again, I do NOT recommend working with Nauset Kitchens on ANY project. I am very disappointed. I found this company to be arrogant, expensive, and of poor quality. I would NOT recommend Nauset Kitchens.

The work here started with a 1960"s bathroom renovation including tub removal and new walk-in shower. Toby installed new fixtures as well as exhaust fan, multiple lights, and outlets. I love the shower tile work, floor, and walls by Carlo and appreciated all efforts by this very polite, respectful, and talented staff so much that I asked Adam to have a proposal for further upgrades throughout the house. I am now on my third phase of work and continue to be satisfied with all parts of each project. I will be happy to write specific reviews for each phase of work completed here.

Adam was great! He took the time out of his busy schedule to do a proposal with design before I had closed on my Condo. Design was terrific- the project was finished in a timely manner. His crew was fantastic. At the end of day one would never even know that the bathroom had been demolished. I am overjoyed-

We hired Adam Pearl and his company Nauset Kitchens and Baths to renovate a bathroom, add a bathroom to our master bedroom, create closet space in that bedroom, and do a few other fixes in our kitchen too. He and his team did awesome work - we used to feel just okay about our townhouse in Provincetown, but now we love it due to all the great renovations that they did. We had been bouncing around design plans for three years and just couldn't nail down the best layout for our master bedroom, which was really just a large empty space. Adam was very helpful in helping us refine our design ideas and recommending the best layout and sizing for the master bath. He was thoughtful and offered insightful suggestions and helpful alterations to our plans without ever being pushy or impatient while we were mulling over his ideas. He was also enthusiastic about our ideas too. We settled on adding custom built-in cabinets rather than a walk-in closet due to his endorsement of that design and his relationship with an expert cabinet maker. Adam also gave us recommendations on which suppliers to use for bath fixtures, granite, tiles, etc. - but he was also willing to accept when we deviated from his recommendations. Adam's employees were all great too and did awesome work!! The primary guy he had working on our job was a perfectionist who would not stop until everything was perfectly fitted and finished. Another of his guys was great at coming up with elegant solutions to some of the gnarlier challenges with the renovations. And the carpenter who built our bookshelves did beautiful work. They also all worked full days with really minimal breaks which meant that the project was finished relatively quickly. We've heard many horror stories of contractors dragging projects out and workers only showing up intermittently or being slackers. We loved Adam's employees. They were also very conscientious and always cleaned up after themselves every day. Adam was also very communicative through the project. He must watch his phone constantly - even evenings, nights and weekends as he would respond almost instantaneously to any text or email that I sent him. He was still responsive even with the last few things that had to be done after 98% of the renovations were done and he had been fully paid. He was enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend Adam and his crew for any kitchen or bath renovations and probably other types of work that anyone needs done.
