Nauset Disposal

This company bought the company that used to remove my trash. They never answer the phone, don't return calls, don't have an email address for contact (you have to fill out a form on their website), and automatically charged my card even though I wanted to discuss their very high fees. Their trash removers are courteous and reliable or I'd give them 1 star. Even the fellows who actually do the work said they couldn't contact the office this summer. They charge almost $200/month for 2 of MY containers which are on a very well travelled and wide street in Hyannis.

This company did not pick up trash as promised and won't even give the credit refund even as the owner said his company would do. The service has gone down hill.

Sadly what I hoped to be a long business relationship with Nauset ended today on a sour note. This past week they missed the pick up. We gave them a day and Saturday morning they still hadn't arrived. I made numerous calls to no avail. I even called Graham, the sales rep, and left a VM but no reply. I even reached out on social media and nothing. Monday morning someone called and said they had been out to pick up the trash and apologized. We contacted another vendor and they were able to provide us with reliable service at better pricing. I called Nauset and advised them to please remove their dumpsters on Friday March 31st. They agreed. This morning, the 29th, I'm in a meeting and got notification Nauset pulled the dumpsters this morning. I called up and asked them to please get them back to the property. 4 hours later I was told they weren't back. When I called again, I was transferred to numerous people, finally speaking with someone named Rich. I explained what happened and he said Graham, the sales rep, said to remove them early and he refused to return them, despite us being billed and pre-paid through March 31. They have gone downhill in a big way over the last few months. Fortunately for us the new vendor was able to get the replacements to us today, and we're thankful for that. If you're looking for better customer service and to save some $$, drop me a line and I'll give you the name of our new vendor. You'll be happy you did.

very good service and they provide the bins i dont know if they are the lowest price but if i remember correctly out of the few (trash co.)that i could get a hold of nauset was the cheapest.

Excellent. Because we recently moved in, the first several weeks of service we had tons of extra trash -- used moving boxes, packing containers from appliances and furniture we purchased, etc. They took it all with no extra fee.

Every contact with them has been very pleasant.

They charge a deposit for their bin, which they are the only company to do so. Their driver won't come out to pick up the trash and then when you have them come back out, they charge you for the extra pick up even though it was their fault. They are terrible and I would never use them again.

We like to Nauset because: - They come to service our rather remote location, where another vendor refused to. - They are punctual and flexible. Whenever we called them for an ad hoc pickup (in addition to regular pickups) due to last-minute guest booking, they were always very accommodative. Also, whoever answered the phoned seemed to always have a good idea as to where their pickup truck was in the area. - We did not receive any complaints from our guests. One area where they can/should improve is billing. Once they did not bill us for a long while, and, then, we ended up receiving one huge bill covering three months, which was immediately followed by a collection and service cancellation notice. Obviously, we were not pleased, as we thought it was pretty obnoxious, although they explained the notice was simply generated by their computer system matter-of-factly. We will use them the next year.

It went very well. I scheduled the two pickups (mid and late June) by email, and the first one was done without any problems. I'e used Nauset in the past, and have always had good results. Thanks so much!

It was fine. They delivered when they said and they picked it up when they said they would. It's A all around.

We've been using this service for over a year and have been extremely pleased with the service. On several occasions, including today, we have forgotten to put the containers at the curb. The pickup team has either waited for us to bring the container to the curb or if they could see the container they actually retrieved it themselves. This kind of serviceis awesome. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very professional and easy to deal with. I have biweekly trash and recycling pickup which I have automatic payments setup for. I get billed $70/ every other month.

I chose Nauset Disposal because a live person answered the phone and was very professional in aswering my questions. I also think they are very reasonable in price. Around $13 a pick-up.

On time, effecient and professional

I was able to setup the service and payment very easily over the phone. The customer representative was very pleasant and helpful. The have been consistently on time each week. They always leave the trash and recycling containers in a convenient place. The price for the service is reasonable and they don't tack on fuel fees or other fees as their competitors do, even though they are located significantly further away.

Nauset Disposal is great. Their pricing is in line with the competition, but they perform better service. Drivers are always clean and polite, and they actually pick up any garbage that blows around or falls out of the cans.
