replacement windows
+ -1 moreI ordered windows from them but I wouldn't recommend them. The guy came out and measured the windows. When they arrived they didn't fit. When he came out he said that's standard, what is considered an acceptable windows is withing inches. When you have an existing home and just replacing windows there is no messing around it needs to be exact and fit. They did the right thing and gave us a refund. We had additional labor as a result of the window not fitting, they definitely did the right thing. But any company that is going to say to you well it's an acceptable margin to have a window be 1/4 or 1/2" variability. Are you kidding me? It was a $3,000 window and it was an inch larger than the whole it needed to go in. That is not okay. Everyone I talked to recommended them. I think their price was competitive. I think I was given a fair price. You can't show up and measure something then send the wrong size. The only reason I'm not giving them an "F" is when I called to complain they did the right thing and sent someone out and tried to explain, they recognized I was extremely upset and they gave me a partial credit. Returning it wasn't an option. I would never use them again though, no way. I had a conversation with the general manager in August I just heard back from them last week.
