Description of Work: They clean my house every week and do a terrific job! They also do other "projects" like cleaning inside my refrigerator and organizing cabinets, drawers, and closets...Also cleaned all of my windows inside and out; they were spotless. The housekeepers are courteous and friendly. And they were always flexible if I needed them to come on a different day than scheduled.

+ -1 moreShe was very responsive. I called and she said she would be here in 15min. She came over and checked out my house briefly. I wanted the whole up and down cleaning. After looking at my living room/kitchen, she simply said that she wasn't doing it. She wasn't polite about it at all, she simply took a look, said no, and left. She said it was too cluttered and marched out. She didn't even want to leave a business card. She was completely unprofessional. Her behavior was insulting and rude. I'm using a walker and recently had hip surgery so moving certain things out of the way are a bit difficult. Not only would I not recommend her, I don't think she should be in the business of dealing with people.
