+ -1 moreI called and wrote on Sept 11 and Sept 14. Never heard back from the company. Very disappointing, especially after reading the positive reviews. If they were too busy, at least a line or a quick call would have been sufficient. Otherwise, it feels as if we are ignored or not worth the trouble.
