+ -1 moreJeff answered all questions, & was very thorough & professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Two different people recommended him to us, one being a long-time realtor in the area.
Description of Work: Jeff Smith promptly returned my call, & I was able to schedule an appt. for 3 weeks out, when my husband would be in town. During the inspection, Jeff was very professional & spent a lot of time explaining things so my husband would have a thorough understanding of all aspects of what he was inspecting, & what would need to be done to correct the areas of concern. His 18 page report was sent the next day, & was very comprehensive. It included photos of all areas in question, as well as improvement recommendations on what would need to corrected/replaced, ranked according to seriousness.
