Lee was able to gain a very thorough understanding of my family's taste and style as well as our needs and our budget in only a few conversations. Equipped with that knowledge she was able to make the ideal color and design choices to turn the various spaces in our new house into the cozy and relaxing retreat we were looking for. All my guests so far have felt the same, only wishing it were possible to hire her to redo their off-Cape homes as well! Starting with an empty structure and bare walls, Lee hired, coordinated and supervised whatever contractors were needed to do the painting and construction work that we agreed on and to complete the delivery and setup of the furnishings and other items that she purchased for us. Once she understood our needs Lee combined an amazing ability to spot treasures at yard sales, thrift stores and in any number of other places with dips into her own storage space filled with interesting items she has collected over time to completely furnish and finish our home for less than the price of five or six new pieces of mid-range furniture. The furniture Lee found for us was in like-new condition or, if any refinishing work was needed, Lee had the skills to complete it perfectly. Beyond furniture Lee's and quot;finishing touchesand quot; included a beautiful selection of lighting pieces, window and shower treatments, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and bedding for every room in the house, and a wonderful range of handmade art pieces created by local artists (including herself) and very well suited to our taste.
