I'm not one to write reviews, but this is an exception. For the construction phase of our new home, Bayside Plumbing was hired by our contractor because of a relationship with that company. I was a bit concerned at that time, but now see that when the contractor was long gone, Bayside has continued with the excellent service which was given during construction phase. For example, this week I emailed in the wee hours with a small concern and a request for seasonal maintenance. By 8AM a response was received with an appointment made for the next morning. Arriving at the appointed time, my plumber resolved my concern and proceeded with a thorough maintenance of my air-conditioning and air-handler systems. As he worked, the plumber gladly explained what he was doing so that I could better understand my system and its care needs. Winter AC compressor maintenance (nesting mice) was discussed which will done during my furnace maintenance. Toward the end of the appointment, Bayside's owner stopped by for a brief "look-see" of the HVAC system installed in my 1 .5-year old home. Not only is Bayside prompt, reliable, and competent, but I also feel no worries when having them in our home.

Replaced the thermocouple and pilot light on a lp gas 40 gallon storage water heater.

They come promptly and they do a good job. They are clean; everything is cleaned up. The man who runs it is very nice. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
