Bramhall Construction
About us
This is a small company that focuses on quality and attention to detail. I sub-contract my help as needed to keep costs down. I am always on the job so that I can control the quality of the work. Most remodeling jobs require payments of 1/3 down, 1/3 at halfway and 1/3 when complete. Larger jobs will have a payment schedule. Quality is most important to me as my name will be associated with the job. I'm not happy until you are.

"The reason for a delayed finish was the owner's failure to have the basement empty for the start date. It was roughly a month before I could really work in there (never totally empty). The extra money I asked for was to cover the time wasted moving stuff so I could do some work. It probably cost me 2 weeks. I couldn't start another job at that time so I had to take the loss. I really felt that what I asked for was fair but they did not agree. I don't see how the delayed finish was my fault at all."
