This is a small company that focuses on quality and attention to detail. I sub-contract my help as needed to keep costs down. I am always on the job so that I can control the quality of the work. Most remodeling jobs require payments of 1/3 down, 1/3 at halfway and 1/3 when complete. Larger jobs will have a payment schedule. Quality is most important to me as my name will be associated with the job. I'm not happy until you are.

It went beautifully. From now on, John will be my first call any time I need help. For the jobs he's done he gave me a firm price, an exact date when he'd come, an estimate of when he would finish, and that's when he showed up, and when he finished. Excellent work ethic: he worked from 7 to 3 and was there every minute except for lunch. He's an expert adviser, too, and told me honestly what needed to be fixed now and what could wait, and how long (VERY helpful financially, and I took his advice and had him back on time for the rest of the work). Also note that John was completely respectful and responsible about my animals and pets. No gates, doors, or windows were left open. John is someone I trust to work at my house when I'm not there.
Description of Work: In two different instances: carpentry repairs, deck repairs, door replacement, siding repairs, window repair.
Description of Work: He finished my walk out basement and added a 3 piece bathroom. The work was great! It came out beautiful and he added some great ideas too! It did take longer than expected (partially my fault partially his) But in the end he did want more money saying he ran out of funds to put in the carpet, which had been included in the estimate. We were able to settle on an amount but I had to hire someone else to put in the carpet.

Response from Bramhall Construction
The reason for a delayed finish was the owner's failure to have the basement empty for the start date. It was roughly a month before I could really work in there (never totally empty). The extra money I asked for was to cover the time wasted moving stuff so I could do some work. It probably cost me 2 weeks. I couldn't start another job at that time so I had to take the loss. I really felt that what I asked for was fair but they did not agree. I don't see how the delayed finish was my fault at all.
From my initial contact with Bramhall Construction, I was sure it was a company that I wanted to work with. My phone call was returned in a timely manner and an estimate was provided in a reasonable amount of time. I have found Jon to be reliable, extremely professional and meticulous. His attention to detail is incredible. He has been on the job everyday since day one, without exception. He is a true craftsman. I would highly recommend Bramhall Construction to anyone considering a project of any scope.
Description of Work: Bramhall Construction has built an addition and a large deck. Work continues and will include a carport with an attached shed.
