+ 0 moreThey were outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and professional over the phone. They were able to diagnose over the phone what the problem with my plaza screen was, and gave me the estimate for repair. Their techs came out on time, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional and quickly repaired the problem. They went above and beyond moving and rearranging the wiring and positioning of some components to make the system more efficient. They spent a lot of time checking each component, so it is over all more functional. Later that afternoon I received a follow up call from the president of the company asking if I was satisfied with their services. I would highly recommended them.
Description of Work: They serviced my home theater system.

Description of Work: MY PIONEER STEREO RECEIVER LOST ITS ABILITY TO OUTPUT MOST AUDIO. ACCORDING TO THE PIONEER WEBSITE, THE SERVICE BENCH WAS THE CLOSEST AUTHORIZED REPAIR SHOP. BROUGHT THE RECEIVER IN, ONE OF THE PEOPLE TOOK MY INFORMATION, AND I PAID A $45 DEPOSIT. AFTER A WEEK, I RECEIVED A CALL THAT SAID THE RECEIVER WAS FINISHED. TOTAL COST WAS $75, WHICH THE DEPOSIT WAS PAID TOWARDS, SO MY FINAL BALANCE WAS $30 FOR A NEW DSP IC AND LABOR.
