We relocated to the Boston area August 2008. Bob was referred to us and we were very thankful for the referral. We had a very wide range of towns we were interested in(both type and geography)as well as a wide range of homes and priorities. Our tastes seemed to change by the week and I can only imagine how frustrating we were. Through it all Bob was extremely patient and always very flexible with his own time to make sure we could see the houses we wanted to see. Weekends, weekdays, weeknights...all that we could ask. The houses spanned a wide geographic area from Concord, to Natick, to Sherborn, to Sharon, to Newton and most stops in between. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in as well as houses in general and all that goes into them including maintenance and care. I learned a lot from listening to him discuss systems we were looking at in houses and the pros and cons associated with them. Several houses I believe he protected us from. When it came to buy our house, the mortgage process was painful and required a lot of documentation which was a surprise...including some from the seller. In today's market, it seems like strange requests are coming from Banks. Bob helped us stay on top of things and did a great job getting information and documentation from the seller quickly. And again, he did it with great professionalism as well as displaying strong critical thinking. We recommend Bob to everyone! P.S. A lot of the questions on here pertain to cost. It was a standard Real Estate Agent contract, but since I was a relo Bob worked with my relo company and they required him to hand over part of his commission. He knew this from the beginning but still did an amazing job with us.
