+ -1 moreNORWOOD WAS VERY NICE ON THE PHONE, AND VERY PROMPT ABOUT SENDING AN ESTIMATE. WE FINALLY DECIDED ON SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF OUR TOWN. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS ALSO THE HIGHEST PRICE (BY A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS) FOR THE WORK. THIS MAY HAVE INCLUDED EXTRA COST BECAUSE OF THEIR DISTANCE FROM US. ESTIMATED COST WAS $2,000.
Description of Work: ESTIMATE FOR SURVEYING PROPERTY, PREPARING PLOT PLAN, AND STAKING PROPERTY FOR OWNER.

+ -1 moreI RECEIVED A QUOTE 2 DAYS AFTER THE INITIAL PHONE CALL, MAILED THE DEPOSIT AND THE JOB WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK. I RECEIVED FIVE COPIES OF THE PLOT PLAN IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. THE BUIDING INSPECTOR NOTICED A SMALL ERROR ON THE PLAN. I CALLED AND HAD FIVE COPIES OF THE CORRECTED PLAN THE FOLLOWING DAY. I RECEIVED TWO OTHER QUOTES THAT WERE TWICE AS MUCH AS THIS QUOTE.
