Vito and his guys always showed when they said they would, promptly returned calls, were always curteous, worked late to get the job done, quoted us a great price and came in on budget. It felt like a dream come true. True professionals! We're so grateful!
Description of Work: We hired Norfolk County Plumbing and Heating to do some commercial plumbing: Install a 3-bay sink, hand-wash sink, mop sink, grease trap and venting. We provided the fixtures.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for a new boiler. Instead of providing an estimate, they told us it might be fixable. After an hour of "work" they said it couldn't be fixed afterall. Said they would provide an estimate for the boiler the next day and charged $350 for "labor". Needless to say, the estimate for thenew boiler was never provided.

This is the company I call for all my plumbing needs and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Trustworthy, prompt, excellent quality of work, friendly employees.

+ -1 moreI think that they were very professional. In both times they came out they were on time and worked very quickly. They are hard workers but they are very pricey. Their prices are quite a bit above their competition.
Description of Work: They came out and did the plumbing work under my sink. He cleaned up some discharge that came from broken pipes. He also replaced a faucet in the upstairs bathroom.

The salesman didn't advise us that installation had to be performed by a plumber, so after the delivery man explained this we were stuck. We didn't have a plumber so I called several out of the phone book. Vito was responsive, professional & completed the job quickly.
