About us

New Beginnings will give your home a "new beginning". We are a one "one stop shop" for interior painting, trim, kitchen and bathroom tile as well as wood floor installation (hardwood and engineered). We do carpet cleaning, counter top replacement and general repairs. If you are selling your home, we will do all the above and the only thing you pay for up front is materials!! We get paid our labor at closing. We can potentially increase your home's value from $20,000 to $100,000 above what it is currently listed as on the market with as little as $1000 out of your pocket. We will do the complete face lift, gardening, power washing and many other services to get your house sold quickly or to help get your home refreshed quickly. Because we are a one stop shop, we can get the job done faster as we cover all areas. We do NOT use subcontractors for any of our work and when we come in to do the job, your job is the only job we work on at that time. We do not leave to run to this job or that job. You are our #1 priority. We treat every job as if we ourself's are living in the home. To us, Quality and your satisfaction are key.

They are home refreshing specialists. They do painting, tile and floor, rug cleaning, general repairs, powerwashing; etc. I tried using them. I tried contacting them. Whenever I called them, they would never call me back. I found them to be very unresponsive. I could not get a hold of them. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them. The guy did come over and did say that he could do everything. However, he did not give me the price. So, I wanted to meet the broker to find out exactly what work needed to be done to increase the value of the house. When I called this company, he did not call me back.
Description of Work: I tried contacting New Beginnings Home Refreshing Company for a month. I needed the tile and grout work done. I needed the grout and the countertops replaced. I wanted the wall holes repaired and repainted. I also wanted the tile replaced, the rugs cleaned and other works done.

The customer contacted New Beginnings for a wall repair and minor paint to the area. We booked an appointment, showed up on time, and assessed the wall damage. She then mentioned she was selling her home and had other repairs that she thought needed to be done. She told us she already had a "tile quote" but wanted to know what we thought. The things we suggested, like painting the vividly painted rooms a neutral color and upgrading her kitchen cabinetry she said wasn't needed for the sale of her home. She wanted to install granite counters...but we knew this was not the best investment for property sale so we said we would walk through with her Realtor to make sure all aspects of the home were covered to achieve the best market value. We asked her to contact her Realtor and set up a walk through. She would call us, book an appointment and then cancel with little or no notice each time for various reasons such as her Realtor left town...she had a migraine headache...simply forgetting she booked us without telling the Realtor...we tried to be understanding and on the last cancellation, when she had her migraine, we asked her to contact us when she felt better and reschedule...she never contacted us again. We have many satisfied customers who would be happy to give references. We keep appointments and go out of our way to make our "FREE ESTIMATES" at a time which is convenient for the client.
