I made an appointment with this company 3 times, and 3 times they did not show up, nor did they call to cancel. I was forced to call them after each missed appointment, and the owner Dexter always had a excuse about how it wasn't his fault (car trouble, worked too long at the previous house, forgot "oh was I supposed to be there today"?) and each time he stated that he was too busy to call me ) Naturally Clean wasted a great deal of my time and money. For 1 appointment I left work early to let them into my house, and the other 2 appointment were on my valued day off, Saturdays. This company is completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: No services were performed, and I did get my money refunded from LivingSocial.

Booked a three hour central cleaning, confirmed our location was not too far and set a date for prior to Thanksgiving. They called the night before they were due to come to say they had to cancel because we were too far away! Not happy. When I explained they left me in a hole they did offer to come anyway but by then I felt I didn't want a company that unreliable in my home.

Dionne and her team are incredibly thorough and diligent. They spent hours and hours cleaning a very dirty, dusty older home, leaving it sparkling clean for our move-in date. Dionne kept me informed about everything she was doing, and made sure she was focusing on the areas I wanted her to. They use only environmentally friendly products, which is a nice bonus.
Description of Work: Did a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of a recently purchase home.
