Tom was fantastic! He has been to my house before to install multiple toilets and he was just as wonderful then. He concentrates on his work, communicates what he is finding or any issues, cleans up afterwards, and has a great disposition. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Cullen Plumbing to anyone!

The entire team was good at what they do and nice. They explained clearly what happened when one of our faucets that we had ordered didn't have a piece when they opened the box. They came up with a solution and went to the supply store and purchased the parts that they needed and got the job done. No hassle, no drama. It was a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again. They were problem solvers rather than people who are there to watch the clock.

My first experience with Mark was perfect. He responded to my first call within only 4 hours and was flexible in scheduling. He showed up on time/early and immediately went to work. He was highly professional, efficient and personable. He answered all my questions and quickly fixed my laundry list of plumbing problems. I wish that I had called him sooner to fix some of them. I would use him again and would recommend him without hesitation to friends and family.

I called numerous plumbers and my propane provider to come check the pilot on my hot water heater and no one could respond to fix it until I called Mark. He returned my call promptly, came to my home within 4 hours, and fixed the problem. He also showed me how to light the pilot, but I am hesitant to do that on a propane-fired heater and took his card for future plumbing needs. Fast, courteous, and efficient. What more could you ask for?

Their technician was timely and efficient. There was a part I needed and they let me know that I was under warranty. I only had to pay for the labor. He got on the phone and order the part for me. His price was excellent. I would highly recommend him.

Arrived on time. Work involved getting inside a first floor wall; did so with minimal damage. Identified problem and corrected it at the same time. Cleaned up area satisfactorily.

The owner, Mark was very responsive to my first call and came out within a day or two to look at the job. He was very friendly, professional and followed up with a written estimate in the mail. The job was to install a flexible gas line from within the house, out through a difficult to access crawl space, to a new deck (yet to be built). Also, a section of baseboard heat needed to be removed for a new patio door to access the deck. The estimate was very fair and compared to others and reviews on Angie's list, I went with Cullen. The guys that came out to do the actual were great, very friendly, and did the work in a relatively short period of time. Since the deck was not yet complete, the final installation of the gas outlet for the grill needed to wait. Several months later, after numerous delays for the deck work due to permitting issues, the final installation was able to happen after the deck was in by October. Again, Cullen came out immediately and finished up the work, no issues at all. I plan to use them again for any other plumbing / heating / gas line needs in the future.

WONDERFUL ! He came right away. He was pleasant, professional. He cleaned up and gave me some pointers. I am contacting him again now to have an estimate on a sump pump installed. I highly recommend them. So so glad I was able to use him.

Noticed water leaking under our hot water heater so called Mark Cullen Plumbing. Left a message and got a call back within an hour. Several hours later they were here and replaced the hot water heater. Friendly, professional and quick service. Their price was reasonable compared to other reviews I have seen on other plumbers reviews.

So friendly, punctual, quick. It works great. He is coming back to install a dishwasher.

So the day before Thanksgiving I am starting to do the pre - dinner-preps and cooking and someone discovered a leaking pipe under the sink! ! So, panic ensued of course. I called Mark and he urged me not to freak out, that he would send Junior over.. He quoted me the time frame- Junior arrived right when I was told he would. He looked at the pipe, explained what he needed to do and why, fixed the problem, did a complete clean-up and I was able to move on with the dinner preps with little time lost. While he was working we did get to talk about my future kitchen remodel which he will definitely be involved with when the time comes.I cannot recommend Mark J Cullen Plumbing highly enough. They are just the best !! (I've happily been a customer of his for many many years now and will continue to be for many more years !!)

No issues. We had the toilets delivered directly to our house. We schedule a date with the plumber. They came exactly on time and finished the job within two hours. No glitches. They were very clean and respectful of our home and property. We would use them again in the future.

Great Job !! Worth every dollar ! Very nice people to deal with and understands what to do. Felt very comfortable with their service. Its is worth it to develop a relationship with this plumber.

I think he did a fine job. It was easy to set up an appointment with him. I think his price is a little on the high side.
